Great Service I did not use my computer for 5 months. Somehow someone or more messed with it and I could not make it operable. Out of frustration i put it down and did not try. However,there comes a time when you need it. I talked with Mike originally and he got the ball rolling. Daniel took over on follow-up and helped me, a computer illiterate, get things up and running. 5 STARS, great techs, wonderful experience. I am so pleasantly surprised that when I accidently found Total Tech Care 360 I would get such personal service. The techs had so much patience with me and fixed every problem I had with my computer. It would have cost me so much more time and money to have a computer person come to my house and fix everything they fixed. They cleaned all the "junk" out and got my email working again.
