I think they did an excellent job… I think they did an excellent job cleaning out my computer, couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with. And Cutler was very funny.

The service has been excellent thus… The service has been excellent thus far. Both of the people I've been helped by were very clear, made sure I understood what was going on, and just overall tried to take care of me.

No Help When Needed 1. Answer my phone calls. 2. Answer my emails requesting a phone call. I've been a long time customer. Even bought a new laptop from TotalTech360. They were always very helpful, until I tried contacting them many times over the past four weeks. Can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Considering looking for another tech support company.

I don't have enough superlative words… I don't have enough superlative words to describe the service I received today from Lynsee M. I have some computer knowledge but just enough to possibly cause some major damage on my own. After the "tune up" I received yesterday from Michael C and Colby I was still having issues with a gaming program that I play very often. It would not load as it did before the tune up, and I was used to the old way (can't teach an old dog new tricks). Lynsee, in her very respectful, cheerful and friendly way resolved not only that problem but another one concerning zip files. We were on the phone about 1 1/2 hours but she was so helpful and friendly that I really was not concerned about the time. I will refer Total Tech to all friends and family that need service. Your exceptional service and response in almost un heard of in in the online experiences I have had, and I do appreciate it so very much. Thank you again.
