Great Service I did not use my computer for 5 months. Somehow someone or more messed with it and I could not make it operable. Out of frustration i put it down and did not try. However,there comes a time when you need it. I talked with Mike originally and he got the ball rolling. Daniel took over on follow-up and helped me, a computer illiterate, get things up and running. No Help When Needed 1. Answer my phone calls. 2. Answer my emails requesting a phone call. I've been a long time customer. Even bought a new laptop from TotalTech360. They were always very helpful, until I tried contacting them many times over the past four weeks. Can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Considering looking for another tech support company.
