Excellent work to get my computer back… Excellent work to get my computer back in shape and recover email. It took almost 4 hours but Colby and Rob were very nice and explained everything to me. I’m a senior and not computer savvy so Thank you for your patience.

Great Service I did not use my computer for 5 months. Somehow someone or more messed with it and I could not make it operable. Out of frustration i put it down and did not try. However,there comes a time when you need it. I talked with Mike originally and he got the ball rolling. Daniel took over on follow-up and helped me, a computer illiterate, get things up and running. Most of the time I'm able to get help… Most of the time I'm able to get help and get my computer problems resolved. Sometimes they aren't resolved completely and the full problem isn't and only partially resolved!

total tech care used to work on my… total tech care used to work on my computer. starting three weeks ago total was unsuccessful on adding cannon t4720 to my computer. after numerous emails and phone calls for total tech has not answered communicated with me on above problem. i down to a point i the want my membership 175.00 refunded.i have tried over 30 times to communicate with total as of 9-2-22. does anyone have suggestions how to communicate with total. as of 9-17-22. there has been no response from total. once total receives your money no refunds are given. total canceled my account, they can me for last request i want to actually close my account
