It's crazy, our domain was purchased from Google almost 10 years ago and now it's gone to Squarespace. 2 days later the domain name was lost, the domain name was not in my squarespace account and the Name Server was also changed. Contacted support but still not resolved, Extremely bad experience.

I have built over 100’s of websites on… I have built over 100’s of websites on this platform and I cannot fault it! The bad reviews just don’t make sense? Is it something that users do to break it? I am very surprised by so many bad reviews. Non of my 100 website owners ever contacted with any issues…. I think competitors paying 💰 to kill Squarespace… cause it is the best platform by far.

Don't update to 7.1 until you absolutely have to Since I updated to the new 7.1 version I have had no end of issues & I am simply told that it's not an issue. I am not technical, but the issues affect SEO so how they have built this new fluid engine needs further testing. Hugely disappointed with the 'corporate line' you get when you try to seek help.

Preventing transferring out domains All my domains were forcibly moved from google. And now I can not transfer them out, they just not sending transfer code. Support is not responding at all.

Dealing with Squarespace has been a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal without any meaningful customer support. I regret choosing them and strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need reliable and straightforward domain management services.
