This company is horrible This company is horrible. They have no customer service. You can chat with someone sure, but as soon as you voice that you are unhappy they threaten to disconnect you. They will constantly try and speak to you like they are the authority of this world and if you dont kiss their ass they will disconnect you. You tell them that you have tried what they suggested and they will say you are being offensive and disconnect you. There is no manager to connect to, there is no phone number to speak to anyone. They try to screw you around until you finally pay one of them to do it for you. I hope this company gets sued for everything they have and shuts down.

Fraudsters I've cancelled my subscription about 6 months ago and I'm still getting charged even after stopping the auto renew. In short, a scam. Reason why I left and gone to someone else was the endless passages you need to perform just to add one item to the e-commerce. Customer service non existent. Much better cheaper & less time consuming alternative around

This company will terminate your domain… This company will terminate your domain name. It's crazy, our domain was purchased from Google almost 10 years ago and now it's gone to Squarespace. 2 days later the domain name was lost, the domain name was not in my squarespace account and the Name Server was also changed. Contacted support but still not resolved, Extremely bad experience.

TRASH customer service filled with… TRASH customer service filled with inconvenience. Excited to cut ties with Squarespace. While they are good for people who know nothing about websites and don't care about performance, customizability and customer service. My advice, don't get started with this company.

Squarespace is god awful!!! I use wordpress, but occasionally have a client that needs help with a squarespace site. It is just an absolutely terrible CMS. It is so limited and several of it's limited features even basic things like adding a hyperlink do not function properly. It's interface is annoying and cumbersome and time wasting. Trying to use squarespace makes me want to scream and rip my hair out of my head.
