It's crazy, our domain was purchased from Google almost 10 years ago and now it's gone to Squarespace. 2 days later the domain name was lost, the domain name was not in my squarespace account and the Name Server was also changed. Contacted support but still not resolved, Extremely bad experience.

The worst experience way to do a wesbite I was plenty happy with my website on Google domains before the galaxy brains at Squarespace took it over and now nothing works! I can't edit my DNS properly without 10 bugs cropping up and zero support. I look forward to ending my contract and never doing business with these lot.

TRASH customer service filled with… TRASH customer service filled with inconvenience. Excited to cut ties with Squarespace. While they are good for people who know nothing about websites and don't care about performance, customizability and customer service. My advice, don't get started with this company.

Don't update to 7.1 until you absolutely have to Since I updated to the new 7.1 version I have had no end of issues & I am simply told that it's not an issue. I am not technical, but the issues affect SEO so how they have built this new fluid engine needs further testing. Hugely disappointed with the 'corporate line' you get when you try to seek help.
