I can't login regularly with an e-mail and password as they enforce the social login which doesn't show me what data they will retrieve with this.

GBThis company is horrible This company is horrible. They have no customer service. You can chat with someone sure, but as soon as you voice that you are unhappy they threaten to disconnect you. They will constantly try and speak to you like they are the authority of this world and if you dont kiss their ass they will disconnect you. You tell them that you have tried what they suggested and they will say you are being offensive and disconnect you. There is no manager to connect to, there is no phone number to speak to anyone. They try to screw you around until you finally pay one of them to do it for you. I hope this company gets sued for everything they have and shuts down.

ILWorst company ever! Worst company ever!! Locked my account for 48H and still didn't get it released because they want to verify my new account identity. Why not ask for it in email? Need to lock account and leaving my domains dead in the water in the middle of setting up DNS everything is offline. I already sent them my ID twice and every time another representative ask for it again in a new email. As soon as they open it I'm moving away. Such a mistake to use their services!

GBWhen Your Business Website Vanishes: My Frustrating Experience with Squarespace I had my website domain with Google Domains for a long time and it always worked well. But when Google Domains closed, my domain was automatically moved to Squarespace. Right after it moved, my website stopped working and no one could visit it. I reached out to Squarespace for help, and they just sent me a standard reply saying it would be fixed in 5 to 7 days. This is a big deal because my website is very important for my work. Squarespace doesn't seem to understand this. If you're using your website for anything serious, Squarespace might not be the best choice. They might be okay for a personal site that you don't mind being down sometimes.

GBSquarespace is god awful!!! I use wordpress, but occasionally have a client that needs help with a squarespace site. It is just an absolutely terrible CMS. It is so limited and several of it's limited features even basic things like adding a hyperlink do not function properly. It's interface is annoying and cumbersome and time wasting. Trying to use squarespace makes me want to scream and rip my hair out of my head.
