Worst company ever! Worst company ever!! Locked my account for 48H and still didn't get it released because they want to verify my new account identity. Why not ask for it in email? Need to lock account and leaving my domains dead in the water in the middle of setting up DNS everything is offline. I already sent them my ID twice and every time another representative ask for it again in a new email. As soon as they open it I'm moving away. Such a mistake to use their services!

Terrible Experience with Squarespace. Avoid at all costs. Terrible Experience with Squarespace – Extremely Disappointed My experience with Squarespace has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer service is appalling, making it impossible to get any support or resolve issues. The platform is incredibly difficult to navigate, filled with complicated procedures and excessive documentation that one simply does not have time to go through. Moreover, after my domain was transferred from Google to Squarespace, the experience worsened. I’ve found it exceedingly challenging to manage my domain settings due to the poorly designed user interface and lack of clear instructions. Dealing with Squarespace has been a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal without any meaningful customer support. I regret choosing them and strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need reliable and straightforward domain management services.

Full of flaws. It's as if the people at Squarespace have never built a website on their own site... I'm building a reasonably simple portfolio site and have encountered SO MANY issues. The most infuriating thing so far is the sizing. On my laptop and iPhone, my site is fine! But view the site on a Mac and everything changes - and looks really unprofessional - so you fix it on Mac and it screws it up for an iPad etc.. etc. Other issues that seem ridiculously easy to fix: you can't password-protect a page in a portfolio - meaning if you have work with NDA's it has to be kept separate. You are only allowed 3 colours, 4 fonts, 4 sizes. Spacing between different font sizes looks bizarre. And remember, I'm making a simple site- god forbid you actually wanted to have your business on Squarespace. Dog $hite. Go to Wix.

The worst experience way to do a wesbite I was plenty happy with my website on Google domains before the galaxy brains at Squarespace took it over and now nothing works! I can't edit my DNS properly without 10 bugs cropping up and zero support. I look forward to ending my contract and never doing business with these lot.

This company is horrible This company is horrible. They have no customer service. You can chat with someone sure, but as soon as you voice that you are unhappy they threaten to disconnect you. They will constantly try and speak to you like they are the authority of this world and if you dont kiss their ass they will disconnect you. You tell them that you have tried what they suggested and they will say you are being offensive and disconnect you. There is no manager to connect to, there is no phone number to speak to anyone. They try to screw you around until you finally pay one of them to do it for you. I hope this company gets sued for everything they have and shuts down.
