Terrible Support It appears Texas Docudesk sold out to Canada Docudesk several years ago. Texas' support was fair to good. Canada's support is terrible, nonexistant. Ive been a longtime docudesk user 7 years +/- Purchased DocudeskXE w. OCR. Download version. OCR didn't load properly. Tried to reinstall, and was told my key had been used. Contacted company, via email, no telephone numbers, who ignored/refused to correct problem. Shopping for another product.

Terrible Customer Support As with others who have commented on this product I to am most dissatisfied with the the quality of the program and especially their telephone customer service which is totally useless unless you are just trying to obtain a replacement license. They cannot connect you wth with a supervisor when the issue is beyond the expertise of the basic call center because they don't accept calls. They cannot expedite your issue or connect you with technical people for quick resolution to your issue so you can get back to work because it is not allowed. The only way you can escalate the request is to send an email to support and relay the same information as provided to the call center person. Technical support will then get back with you at their convenience. if you are relying on using DeskPDF Studio XE Professional for business you would be better to seek a more reliable company. I have used them for many years but the new company, whoever they really are, is not worth the trouble.

Paid for version suddenly become unregistered Having paid for this software, it has suddenly become unregistered and any attempt to use the registration code results in direction to SodaPDF who expect you to pay an exorbitant amount to recover what has already been paid for! No thanks!

Excellent and easy to use Being a 50-something old fella, I need software that holds my hand in the things I do on my computer. Docudesk's pdf software does all that and more. And why is being able to produce a pdf file so important to home users, you might ask? Well, I use it to send paperwork and other printable files and photos, as a pdf file, to other users and don't have to worry about what systems they are using - they get the stuff just as I designed it. Highly recommended for the home user.

Keep up the good work I had a question several weeks ago about my Docudesk program. To my utter amazement, I received two replies within less than 30 minutes with easy-to-follow instructions. I'm no computer whiz, so simple instructions are vital. When the head honcho takes the time to respond to a customer, I have to say that I'm totally impressed. Thanks to your quick response, I have now downloaded the $49 upgrade you offered. I would not normally take a chance on unfamiliar software, but I feel confident that any problems or questions I might have will receive the same courteous and speedy replies. Keep up the good work, and I'll be a customer for life! Linda Fessel
