GBLifetime Support for your lifetime license - What Life time License I purchased a few products from Docudesk. deskPDF Editor X, deskPDFcreator, deskUNPDF3, deskUNPDF2012. Last fall I was notified everything was about to expire because I did not own the current versions. So, my life time License was expiring? This week I got a promoting, they want me back! I can renew for just $39.99 - 60% off list. I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro. It really works, and doesn't arbitrarily stop working when a new version comes out. Granted it is more expensive, but I think I spent that much on the renews of Docudesk over the years. Now, I have one software package that does it all, rather than trying to figure out which version of Docudesk works.

GBTerrible Support It appears Texas Docudesk sold out to Canada Docudesk several years ago. Texas' support was fair to good. Canada's support is terrible, nonexistant. Ive been a longtime docudesk user 7 years +/- Purchased DocudeskXE w. OCR. Download version. OCR didn't load properly. Tried to reinstall, and was told my key had been used. Contacted company, via email, no telephone numbers, who ignored/refused to correct problem. Shopping for another product.

GBDocudesk Never Seems to Work Hi - Just thought I would express the years of frustration with this software. It's worth my time to write this. Keep thinking things will improve - they don't. Unclear as to why there are so many glowing reviews. Docudesk has been a total hassle so far. My experience has been that Docudesk splits functionality across several tools, that don't integrate well, and don't execute their core functionality reliably, or in ways I understand. At the end of the day, it's just PDFs right? Seems like one of the several Docudesk products I have would do the job. Now I just use Word for PDF conversion...it's faster, more reliable with better results. Also the licensing is very complex...seems like I always have to register software I have bought (or re-register...not sure), and then I link to the product for registration and they say they don't offer it. I tried to use again recently and was embarrassed at work when the PDF conversion software cut off a page of a simple 3-page document.

GBKeep up the good work I had a question several weeks ago about my Docudesk program. To my utter amazement, I received two replies within less than 30 minutes with easy-to-follow instructions. I'm no computer whiz, so simple instructions are vital. When the head honcho takes the time to respond to a customer, I have to say that I'm totally impressed. Thanks to your quick response, I have now downloaded the $49 upgrade you offered. I would not normally take a chance on unfamiliar software, but I feel confident that any problems or questions I might have will receive the same courteous and speedy replies. GBPaid for version suddenly become unregistered Having paid for this software, it has suddenly become unregistered and any attempt to use the registration code results in direction to SodaPDF who expect you to pay an exorbitant amount to recover what has already been paid for! No thanks!
