Docudesk is a winner! Thoroughly delighted with this product. Simple to use and results are spot on every time. I was impressed with the website when I found it through searching, and am equally impressed with the software itself. When making the purchase I experienced a problem using the payment processor but Docudesk customer service was fast, friendly and sorted in no time. Such a pleasant change from so many other vendors these days. Highly recommended.

Excellent and easy to use Being a 50-something old fella, I need software that holds my hand in the things I do on my computer. Docudesk's pdf software does all that and more. And why is being able to produce a pdf file so important to home users, you might ask? Well, I use it to send paperwork and other printable files and photos, as a pdf file, to other users and don't have to worry about what systems they are using - they get the stuff just as I designed it. Highly recommended for the home user.

I searched pretty hard and found Docudesk to be cost effective, easy to install, easy to use (almost intuitive) and excellent customer service. Years after my first install, I got rid of my old laptop for a netbook and almost forgot Docudesk. E-mailed customer service and they sent me the codes from my original install. No charge. That's what I call customer service.

very well pleased I've been using deskPDF as my .pdf writer for a number of years and have been very well pleased with it. Last week I purchased and downloaded the newly available deskPDF Editor for Windows. The very next day, I learned that a 40-page .pdf document that I had created from numerous small files and sent out had an error on pages 23-25. Previously I would have had to correct the underlying document, then assemble the whole 40-page file again ~ a very labor-intensive operation. With deskPDF Editor I was able to delete the incorrect pages and insert corrected ones. The whole operation took about 10 minutes and worked flawlessly. I was delighted! This new program is going to make my life a lot easier in many ways. I'm eager to explore its other features.

Super value! Docudesk is a great company, I have been using their PDF printer -- deskPDF -- for many years. It's low cost was a tremendous bargain and it totally changed and improved the way I service and invoice the customers of my design/build home remodeling business. Being able to share plans via email saved many hours and dollars over home visits. Being able to bill customers almost instantaneously helped my cash flow.
