I have owned the program for many years … I have owned the program for many years 10 yrs or so. Their customer service terrible. I am in Dallas and I used to call their local number before they disappeared from the radar to Canada. I need another program if anyone has any advice Solomon Dallas, Texas December 2017

Docudesk is a Big Zero Is there a way to give a company a zero? My product never worked properly and for the first two months, the software kept requesting that I activate the product. I cut and pasted the key that came with the download after every request. This did not work. I also typed it in. No luck. I paid for the product and contacted Docudesk and notified support of the problems I was experiencing, which was approximately two weeks after I purchased the product. Docudesk support asked me to send a screen shot and I sent it. No response. I also sent Docudesk proof of purchase and asked for a refund. After two months, it now says my trial period has expired. No refund. Nothing. Docudesk basically stole my money! It is Adobe Pro for me from now on. This is a company that is headed out of business!

Docudesk Never Seems to Work Hi - Just thought I would express the years of frustration with this software. It's worth my time to write this. Keep thinking things will improve - they don't. Unclear as to why there are so many glowing reviews. Docudesk has been a total hassle so far. My experience has been that Docudesk splits functionality across several tools, that don't integrate well, and don't execute their core functionality reliably, or in ways I understand. At the end of the day, it's just PDFs right? Seems like one of the several Docudesk products I have would do the job. Now I just use Word for PDF conversion...it's faster, more reliable with better results. Also the licensing is very complex...seems like I always have to register software I have bought (or re-register...not sure), and then I link to the product for registration and they say they don't offer it. I tried to use again recently and was embarrassed at work when the PDF conversion software cut off a page of a simple 3-page document.

JUST GREAT I have used Docudesk for years and recommended it to my MBA and MSN classmates and instructors. ALL questions or help requested was immediate and accurate. Super value! Docudesk is a great company, I have been using their PDF printer -- deskPDF -- for many years. It's low cost was a tremendous bargain and it totally changed and improved the way I service and invoice the customers of my design/build home remodeling business. Being able to share plans via email saved many hours and dollars over home visits. Being able to bill customers almost instantaneously helped my cash flow.
