5 stars always - for years and years! I will always share my thoughts about Docudesk, because they are great people. They follow through on everything they promise, and the software is easy and without glitches. It's been a great experience for me, and I've used them since they started I think! No complaints ever. Only satisfaction with a company that really knows what customer service is every time. You can create perfect PDF files and then you can even UN-PDF into several formats. That has been a Godsend for me with my work. I really can't say enough about them..... Kathryn Howard

I have owned the program for many years … I have owned the program for many years 10 yrs or so. Their customer service terrible. Lifetime Support for your lifetime license - What Life time License I purchased a few products from Docudesk. deskPDF Editor X, deskPDFcreator, deskUNPDF3, deskUNPDF2012. Last fall I was notified everything was about to expire because I did not own the current versions. So, my life time License was expiring? This week I got a promoting, they want me back! I can renew for just $39.99 - 60% off list. I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro. It really works, and doesn't arbitrarily stop working when a new version comes out. Granted it is more expensive, but I think I spent that much on the renews of Docudesk over the years. Now, I have one software package that does it all, rather than trying to figure out which version of Docudesk works.

Perfect! Truly 5 stars. I've been using Docudesk since I started my home-based business in 2009. Their products are reasonably priced, work amazingly well - I've never had a problem! - and their customer service is fast, friendly and truly helpful. I particularly like that they keep improving on what they offer - the addition of an editor is very exciting to me - it's the one feature I've missed and I can't wait to download it - makes Docudesk the complete, perfect service!

Customer support is DREADFUL I've used DocuDesk programs for years and was very satisfied. This is the first time I've needed customer support since they sold out to a Canadian firm, and support is DREADFUL! All I am asking is to transfer my license to a new computer. I emailed ahead of time to confirm the process for the transfer. It took them three days to respond and tell me that I had to contact them again after the computer was installed and functional. I have now contacted their support email twice with no response. This is not acceptable. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
