very well pleased I've been using deskPDF as my .pdf writer for a number of years and have been very well pleased with it. Last week I purchased and downloaded the newly available deskPDF Editor for Windows. The very next day, I learned that a 40-page .pdf document that I had created from numerous small files and sent out had an error on pages 23-25. Previously I would have had to correct the underlying document, then assemble the whole 40-page file again ~ a very labor-intensive operation. With deskPDF Editor I was able to delete the incorrect pages and insert corrected ones. The whole operation took about 10 minutes and worked flawlessly. I was delighted! This new program is going to make my life a lot easier in many ways. I'm eager to explore its other features.

Perfect! Truly 5 stars. I've been using Docudesk since I started my home-based business in 2009. Their products are reasonably priced, work amazingly well - I've never had a problem! - and their customer service is fast, friendly and truly helpful. I particularly like that they keep improving on what they offer - the addition of an editor is very exciting to me - it's the one feature I've missed and I can't wait to download it - makes Docudesk the complete, perfect service!

They follow through on everything they promise, and the software is easy and without glitches. It's been a great experience for me, and I've used them since they started I think! No complaints ever. Only satisfaction with a company that really knows what customer service is every time. You can create perfect PDF files and then you can even UN-PDF into several formats. Easy to use and Great customer service Civil Solutions said it well: Best value PDF writer. I searched pretty hard and found Docudesk to be cost effective, easy to install, easy to use (almost intuitive) and excellent customer service. Years after my first install, I got rid of my old laptop for a netbook and almost forgot Docudesk. E-mailed customer service and they sent me the codes from my original install. No charge. That's what I call customer service.

Best value PDF Writer I've been using it for 6 years. It makes PDFs out of anything, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Quickbooks, images, anything that you can print. Very easy to use, just select "deskPDF" from any printer settings box. It is a fraction of the cost of Adobe, probably because they don't yet have the name recognition. Highly recommended.
