Lack of and poor customer service. Wanted to know if a particular light was available. Finally got an employee to try and find out. He went to get a ladder and we are standing there waiting and see him come back to a computer with another customer. He looked over at us and never came to say anything to us. We left. It's sad these days you can't get anyone to assist or help in any way. If it's not on the shelf to pick up it's just too bad and if it is available you have to check yourself out!!!!

Refused to provide a Proof of Delivery… Refused to provide a Proof of Delivery for an item that was charged but not delivered. Item was never received but canceled. They charged my card and but did not cancel purchase. Citi Credit Card will also not request "Proof of Delivery" and I either pay or my credit will be trashed, $2723.00 is what I am being forced to pay. NEVER SHOP AT LOWES, FERGERSON'S IS A BETTER OPTION. Stay away from Citi Credit Cards also

I had to find my products I had to find my products, then climb to get them, scan and check out all my things then load them in my basket and take them to my truck then take my basket back.never saw a employee the entire time I was in the store I noticed all they had was self-service check out.

This is the most incompetent online… This is the most incompetent online ordering system in human history. They do not want my money. I jumped through 1,000 hoops to cancel an order, and the system locked me out after dealing with this for one hour plus. I tried to reorder the John Deere mower, and it was rejected, asking me to jump through twenty minutes of password changes, and then rejected me again. I will go elsewhere with my personal and corporate accounts. You burned my trust and others will hear of losing 2.5 hours for nothing.

Terrible customer service on the phone Terrible customer service on the phone. You have people who need a year long English class to understand English speaking people. Your service is useless. Sorry I ever took a card out
