Zero service after sale I purchased a GE stove, microwave and refrigerator and upon delivery, the delivery person was changing the door swing direction on the fridge as requested. Somehow the plastic plugs that go into the holes that are no longer being used were lost. I went to Dayton Mall store where I made purchase and spoke to Brad who said he was manager. He said he would order from GE parts for me unless we found some on the floor model that we could just take. Well, the floor model had already been stripped of those parts.Brad said to follow up in a couple weeks with a call. I called two weeks later and left message (they said he wasn’t available) called again in Two more weeks…still not available. After three call I gave up and ordered and paid for GE parts that I should not have had to buy. I realize my $2000 appliance purchase isn’t gonna make or break Lowe’s, but some level of service after the sale should still be expected. Dodging phone calls is never a good look for a company in my opinion.

If I could give this company a 0 star… If I could give this company a 0 star review, I would. My parents bought a Kenmore fridge less than 3 years ago. The item is completely defective. It is leaking and the company has discontinued the parts! They won't compensate my parents or help repair it. Do NOT buy any appliances from this company. They're total crooks!

I had to find my products I had to find my products, then climb to get them, scan and check out all my things then load them in my basket and take them to my truck then take my basket back.never saw a employee the entire time I was in the store I noticed all they had was self-service check out.

False and Misleading Pricing We went to buy a Dish Washer at LOW's today. Many of them are on sale. The Sale Tag shows the price BEFORE, the discount and the current price. Below that it says "Delivery AND Installation $149/-." I agreed. But to be sure, I casually mentioned to the sales agent if the price includes hauling out the old machine? He said no and added that I have to pay also for the parts AND hauling out the old machine. Otherwise, "the warranty will be invalid if you use the old parts!" That added about another $100. So, the machine that is advertized for $790 ended up at $1040/-. To me, that was a false advertisement. It was misleading and misinforming the customer to the point of no return to some, but not me. I walked away. I will hand them back their store credit card and take my business somewhere else. Thank God for capitalism and free market. A "Better" way is to price it at $1040 and reduce the price if the customer chooses the options of delivery and installation. Sneaking them in is unethical.

Easiest purchase of washer and dryer ever I bought a new washer and dryer both LG's and from the moment I arrived a sales associate met with full details and comparisons.
