Yunior Gestz and his team mate delivery driver was 100% professional and the team work displayed during the delivery was refreshing to see. Lowes was a great choice for us no issues and 1st class delivery treatment we know who has our bussiness for big ticket items its definitely Lowes. GBDo not buy Lowes extended warrantys I bought an extended warranty on a product and the manager of the store told me it kicks in at the end of the manufactures warranty. I tried to file a claim after the manufactures warranty and was told that it expired. Arguing with Lowe’s did no good. Do not buy extended warranty’s from Lowe’s they do not know what extended means

GBEasiest purchase of washer and dryer ever I bought a new washer and dryer both LG's and from the moment I arrived a sales associate met with full details and comparisons. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The appliances were in perfect shape, installed without any flaws and working with test runs in minutes. Best experience ever.

GBDidn't get the stove I wanted and the… Didn't get the stove I wanted and the dryer didn't work. Have to go to the store to get a refund and reorder after the dryer that was delivered didn't work I will get the refund but will go elsewhere. Terrible how they treat cash paying customers who purchased 3 major appliances at once. NEVER AGAIN!!! Wanted me to pay and reorder another dryer before the damaged one was picked up and when I said no they instructed me to wait until damaged one was returned to the store and go in for refund then reorder. Don't deal with Lowes with major appliances!!!

GBThis is the most incompetent online… This is the most incompetent online ordering system in human history. They do not want my money. I jumped through 1,000 hoops to cancel an order, and the system locked me out after dealing with this for one hour plus. I tried to reorder the John Deere mower, and it was rejected, asking me to jump through twenty minutes of password changes, and then rejected me again. I will go elsewhere with my personal and corporate accounts. You burned my trust and others will hear of losing 2.5 hours for nothing.
