GBAvoid this company because the customer service is a nightmare. I contacted Razer for a warranty claim on a headset where the mic did not work and the customer service has been terrible. I keep getting different responses from different representatives and none of them are directly responding to what I'm saying in my email replies. They keep sending automated responses and repeating themselves without acknowledging what I'm saying. They even asked me for my personal information and never followed up with me about why they needed it. They keep denying my claim unless I speak to the 3rd party seller which I have not been able to do since the seller uses Amazon support and doesn't offer a contact method besides Amazon. I provided screenshots showing proof of this and the representatives refuse to acknowledge it and keeps repeatedly telling me to contact the seller. I also requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and that request has been ignored.

CAI have a faulty mousepad, they refused to help I have a faulty mousepad where the lights stopped working. I saw online it seems to be a fairly common problem with the razed strider chroma. I am couple months over the 1 year limited warranty and they refuse to provide me any assistance further than redownload a software and try to fix a program. Really disappointed in this level of customer service given the fact I’ve always been a faithful user of razer products. I will surely not be recommending or further purchasing razor products in the future just because of a faulty mousepad.

MXBeen trying to claim my 2 year warranty… Been trying to claim my 2 year warranty of my Deathadder V3 pro and it's so frustrating. Already sent the POP, all the things that you guys need to accept my warranty, EVERYTHING just to get answered by like 20 different people asking me for information that I already sent, they stopped answering for 4 days and I don't know what more I can do

CADo not buy razer products Do not buy razer products, they have the worst customer service ever! I bought a 350$ mouse and the dongle fell apart after 6 months, the customer service declined a part replacement stating that the usb dongle was not part of the mouse, therefore not covered! What a joke, go with corsair, do not touch razer with a 10 foot pole!

GBWorst customer support in my life. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been going around in circles for a month now trying to get a faulty Razer pro click mouse replaced under warranty. It is absolutely appallingly bad, getting “updated” by someone new every day, sometimes multiple people in a day all wanting different things. Then they had the absolute CHEEK to take my money for an “express replacement” under RMA, only for it not to be in stock with no timeline for dispatch! and then refuse to refund my money! Absolute crooks - I’ve never honestly faced worse in my life.
