VNPrice up, quality down. Price goes up, quality goes down. Bought 2 Black Widow Wireless Chroma keyboards in 3.5 years, both went faulty after a short period. Keys became sticky, volume knob glitch, battery drained super fast. Alao had their wireless chaging mouse pad and mouse, and they went terrible experience of use. Things get much better when switching to using Logitech.

GBAvoid this company because the customer service is a nightmare. I contacted Razer for a warranty claim on a headset where the mic did not work and the customer service has been terrible. I keep getting different responses from different representatives and none of them are directly responding to what I'm saying in my email replies. They keep sending automated responses and repeating themselves without acknowledging what I'm saying. They even asked me for my personal information and never followed up with me about why they needed it. They keep denying my claim unless I speak to the 3rd party seller which I have not been able to do since the seller uses Amazon support and doesn't offer a contact method besides Amazon. I provided screenshots showing proof of this and the representatives refuse to acknowledge it and keeps repeatedly telling me to contact the seller. I also requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and that request has been ignored.

NLExcellent service Seems Razer must have decided to change their customer support policy, because I've had excellent service with the replacement of my almost two year old Viper Ultimate mouse. Unfortunately they didn't have an exact replacement in stock anymore, so they proposed to essentially upgrade me to the Viper Pro V2. Their customer support was always very quick and on-point with their replies.

DEbuy your keyboard somewhere else .. No spare parts even after hours of trying via helpdesk Even through contacting the helpline and taking hours of my day to receive a spare keycap this company can still not provide me 1 keycap for one of their flagship keyboards. The products might look nice but I don't think I will buy any items from razer anymore as their service in this regard is one of the worst that I have experienced so far. If you consider buying a keyboard. Don't get it with Razor but buy a keyboard where you can easily get spare parts and your time isn't wasted.
