Price up, quality down. Price goes up, quality goes down. Bought 2 Black Widow Wireless Chroma keyboards in 3.5 years, both went faulty after a short period. Keys became sticky, volume knob glitch, battery drained super fast. Alao had their wireless chaging mouse pad and mouse, and they went terrible experience of use. Things get much better when switching to using Logitech.

I have been with razer for many years Multiple products purchased. In the past I used to be satisfied however since 2018 i think I started to have massive problems with their products at the begining i was thinking it was my fault because mouse fell of desk, or punched it in anger. HOWEVER. My last 5 products purchased from razer were of very poor quality lasted for less than 6 months when taken good care of. My last purchased mouse in october started to have scrolling issue. I asked razer to honour warranty. They simply say i bought mouse from unauthorized seller. And it was exactly the same with previous products. They treat customers like crap and this is why After nearly 20 years of using your products im DONE. im not going to buy anything else from you ever again. I regret that i actually bought mouse that i loved shape for so long time... I mean Deathadder. I will sadly have to find something new and i wish you razer all the worst. I am happy with amazon though because they processed all warranties all the time. This is only showing how shady company you are.

Worst customer support in my life. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been going around in circles for a month now trying to get a faulty Razer pro click mouse replaced under warranty. It is absolutely appallingly bad, getting “updated” by someone new every day, sometimes multiple people in a day all wanting different things. Then they had the absolute CHEEK to take my money for an “express replacement” under RMA, only for it not to be in stock with no timeline for dispatch! and then refuse to refund my money! Absolute crooks - I’ve never honestly faced worse in my life.

buy your keyboard somewhere else .. No spare parts even after hours of trying via helpdesk Even through contacting the helpline and taking hours of my day to receive a spare keycap this company can still not provide me 1 keycap for one of their flagship keyboards. The products might look nice but I don't think I will buy any items from razer anymore as their service in this regard is one of the worst that I have experienced so far. If you consider buying a keyboard. Don't get it with Razor but buy a keyboard where you can easily get spare parts and your time isn't wasted.
