NLWorst experience in my shopping life Worst experience in my shopping life! The repaired device was sent to an incorrect address and I've spent already a week trying to find it and still no luck. All my tries to contact and find it end with the advice to contact UPS not having any information and look for it on my own. After sending it to me with an incorrect address they just say that it's not their responsibility anymore. Be aware and avoid this company.

IEGoogle store experience while buying pixel is rubbish Google consumer support is absolute crap. I had placed an order for pixel 8 pro and traded in my iPhone. I received an email saying PCS got my phone for inspection. After 3 days my phone was delivered. I deleted the payment profile as it was displaying as my main profile. And one week later I receive an email saying my trade in has been cancelled with no reason mentioned. I reach out the customer support and they tell me it's because I deleted the payment profile my order history has been erased. Hence my trade in has been cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous how can an order history be deleted. Now it's a nightmare for me I need to return this phone get my old phone back. The whole shenanigan for something so stupid. There was no email warning this, this cannot even be undone. They have the payment details but it's not enough for them. Absolute rubbish customer service.

USTrade in value was reduced by a false… Trade in value was reduced by a false claim that trade-in phone was not factory reset. This claim is absolutely false. I have a witness that the phone WAS factory rest by me personally. After my complaint they offered $50 credit which I refused and I summited a BBB complaint. I will never buy something from Google again, never.

USWhat should have been a simple order I ordered a replacement Chromecast remote on Mar. 15. It never came. I checked the provided tracking number and it shows “Awaiting Carrier Pickup” on Google’s side and the number doesn’t exist on the UPS side. Google refuses to acknowledge that the remote never shipped and refuses to ship another one. They won’t let me speak to a supervisor. They want me to consent to providing ALL of my Google account history to investigate the issue. I told them no. They won’t refund my money. So, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Really, what the heck Google!?! UPDATE: Apr. 11 Never heard from a supervisor. Google Store still shows "Pending Carrier Pickup" and has failed on all aspects. The quit emailing their canned response when I stated that they should all be fired for being inept at customer service. Credit card refunded money and is waiting on Google Store's response. Even if Google responds, my credit card has assured me that I will win this case.
