Impossible to get a defective product replaced I got a pixel watch from store.google.com on launch day. I reported a fault 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for the RMA to come through to return it. I get a message every 4 weeks asking for more information and then nothing - no responses. I thought buying directly from Google would be a good way to get effective product support, but clearly this is very much not the case. I've always had Google pixel devices, but I'm considering moving to Apple after all this hassle.

Google store experience while buying pixel is rubbish Google consumer support is absolute crap. I had placed an order for pixel 8 pro and traded in my iPhone. I received an email saying PCS got my phone for inspection. After 3 days my phone was delivered. I deleted the payment profile as it was displaying as my main profile. And one week later I receive an email saying my trade in has been cancelled with no reason mentioned. I reach out the customer support and they tell me it's because I deleted the payment profile my order history has been erased. Hence my trade in has been cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous how can an order history be deleted. Now it's a nightmare for me I need to return this phone get my old phone back. The whole shenanigan for something so stupid. There was no email warning this, this cannot even be undone. They have the payment details but it's not enough for them. Absolute rubbish customer service.

Nest Thermostat VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! not even in this country!!!! don't buy from these people... if I had bought it on Amazon I would have had it a day or two after I ordered it!!! if it had gone missing they would have replaced it or refunded immediately... this has been over 10days with Google store!!!! Fedex was the problem they said.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Simply terrible Simply terrible. Bordering on illegal. They simply do not offer customer service if there is a problem. They have no published complaints process and after a while the conversation simply peters out and they just ignore you. I have no resolution to issue with my Google Nest Mini Display. Scripted responses that when you read between the lines you could infer they are telling you they won't contact you again. They are certainly non-commital. Disgusted and not quite sure how they're getting away with it to be honest.

Reviewed this joke company recently Reviewed this joke company recently. Posting this to say their online agent Charles tells me I cant make a complaint because they dont have a complaint department. He then closed down the conversation when I asked for the address of their UK office. The joke delivery company they use has failed to deliver two items they claimed they tried to deliver 8 days ago. DPD of course. Every day the expected delivery day changes and everytime Google say wait until the estimate time has passed. The worst customer service ever. I f only they were going bust and could inflict this support level on people. Back to Apple.
