Kafkaesque customer service Chatting or emailing with their customer service is like talking to the dumbest AI ever.

Nest Thermostat VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! not even in this country!!!! don't buy from these people... if I had bought it on Amazon I would have had it a day or two after I ordered it!!! if it had gone missing they would have replaced it or refunded immediately... this has been over 10days with Google store!!!! Fedex was the problem they said.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Awful, awful, awful. Dishonest Awful. Google Pixel Phone wifi stopped working after 6 months, the charging point barely works and now the phone is stuck in a constant reboot and gets really hot. Nightmare! Always had Samsung before and never had a problem. They guarantee repairs on the Google Pixel Phone for the duration of the contract (2 years) but they rejected my claim for repair because the phone is 'bent'. They said I must have been sitting with it in my back pocket - never done that once. The phone is treated like royalty. I sent photos showing it to be as straight as a ruler and they still refuse to accept the claim. So normal wear and tear over 18 months on a phone which has been very well treated excludes the claim, making the 'guarantee' absolutely worthless.

Pixel6 got replaced after battery issue I don't know who people contacted but for me the Online Call function worked great. I have been using pixel 6 for more than 3 years now and my phone's battery got swollen. I tried contacting customer support from Google Store & I only talked once with them. I got a new phone issued as a replacement. and it works great again. I'm really satisfied with the phone but I must say the service was great. I received my phone within 3 days after service request.
