Trade in value was reduced by a false… Trade in value was reduced by a false claim that trade-in phone was not factory reset. This claim is absolutely false. I have a witness that the phone WAS factory rest by me personally. After my complaint they offered $50 credit which I refused and I summited a BBB complaint. I will never buy something from Google again, never.

Not satisfied! Not the best. The phone itself is good feels good and the camera quality is excellent. The display is amazing and big, but there is a big issue! The phone heats up quite a lot, and sometimes takes you out of the apps or sites the storage space is really bad, if you don't buy the extra storage from Google the phone is really small on storage, and keep in mind I'm talking about the 7 pro! Even if you buy the storage you would run out quite fast which is strange.

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. I ordered a camera from the Google store. They tell me they shipped the camera from Rancho Cucamonga. I live in San Diego. Less than 3 hours away. I complained through the store chat that I hadn't received the item. The woman I chatted with told me she would follow up with an email. She did some days later with no resolution, but a promise to follow up in 72 hours. She did. Still no resolution, but she would follow up in 72 hours. She did. No resolution. So maddening. I've tried calling, but that gets nowhere. I've tried texting again. Gets nowhere. Truly horrible. FedEx says the tracking number they gave me doesn't exist. I cannot understand why they treat their customers so poorly. It's been over a week and I still have no camera.

Nest Thermostat VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! not even in this country!!!! don't buy from these people... if I had bought it on Amazon I would have had it a day or two after I ordered it!!! if it had gone missing they would have replaced it or refunded immediately... this has been over 10days with Google store!!!! Fedex was the problem they said.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Shocking customer care Shocking customer care! Ordered two Pixel 7a phones and cases, delivered by DPD. The courier photographed me taking the parcel but I immediately realized it was totally empty and showed the courier. Google Store say they have evidence the parcel was successfully delivered, won't initiate an investigation with DPD and say the matter is closed. DPD say they can see the box was damaged but Google Store has to initiate a contact for them to begin investigating. After several on line chats and emails (NO opportunity to speak to anyone) Google Store has taken £717.98 out of our account and now won't respond to our emails. DO NOT buy anything from here!
