GBOrdering through the Google Store… Ordering through the Google Store presented some challenges. In preparation to purchase our Pixel 8 phones, my husband and I were informed that the items were in stock and available for in-store pick up upon online payment. To avoid any potential shipping issues, we planned to personally pick up the phones, even though it meant a four-hour drive plus associated costs. When we inquired about the availability of colors at the Brooklyn, NY store, we encountered difficulty due to the lack of a contact number and unhelpful customer service. Ultimately, we decided to ship the phones instead. Despite some delays in the shipping process, my husband's phone eventually shipped but mine continued to be postponed. This led to my decision to cancel the order and make the purchase through Amazon.

DEPixel6 got replaced after battery issue I don't know who people contacted but for me the Online Call function worked great. I have been using pixel 6 for more than 3 years now and my phone's battery got swollen. I tried contacting customer support from Google Store & I only talked once with them. I got a new phone issued as a replacement. and it works great again. I'm really satisfied with the phone but I must say the service was great. I received my phone within 3 days after service request.

GBTrade in value was reduced by a false… Trade in value was reduced by a false claim that trade-in phone was not factory reset. This claim is absolutely false. I have a witness that the phone WAS factory rest by me personally. After my complaint they offered $50 credit which I refused and I summited a BBB complaint. I will never buy something from Google again, never.

GBHorrible Customer Service Policies They had a shipping error on their end and the phone got stuck in transit. They cancelled my order and refunded my money, but wouldn't issue me another phone or guarantee any pricing. They required me to start a new order myself then contact them for a pricing correction. I got so frustrated I bought a phone from Samsung.

GBImpossible to get a defective product replaced I got a pixel watch from store.google.com on launch day. I reported a fault 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for the RMA to come through to return it. I get a message every 4 weeks asking for more information and then nothing - no responses. I thought buying directly from Google would be a good way to get effective product support, but clearly this is very much not the case. I've always had Google pixel devices, but I'm considering moving to Apple after all this hassle.
