GBI purchased a USB-C Charger months ago I purchased a USB-C Charger months ago, it was finally shipped during lock down and there was no way to contact the courier and hyper refused to assist. Apparently once in transit there is nothing they can do! So I Waited and the courier never showed even though I had someone attend the office for the day to receive. Then the uncontactable courier message to say they would not make it! Then I get a message that they where returning the package to send! I’ve emailed hyper many times and not once have they offered to assist. Terrible customer service very disappointed...

GBDo not shop here Do not shop here. No response to emails. Paid for necklaces using PayPal and never gor a receipt or received my items. Not way to submit a ticket without an order number. No way to dispute because they force you to send $ via friends and family which I did not catch my bad. Terrible!!!!!!!

GBHad problems with first version, maybe resolved now though UPDATED REVIEW: I was one of the first backers of this charger, and I think maybe either my one was dud or the early batches were no good. I bought it for travel, and due to lockdown barely used it. When I tried it this year, the USB-A ports werent working at all, and the USB-C would cut in and out. Also the unit got really hot when plugged in, and my laptop would behave strangely when being charged by it. Hyper - as seen in their response, after initially telling me to buy a unit, have sent me a new unit. The new one so far is working perfectly with all ports, and gets nowhere near as hot as the first version I got. So - the company pulled through in the end, and the charger itself, so far is very good.

GBDon't order from this company Made purchase March 30. Said they got my order but no information after repeated requests. The phone number listed is always busy. Said would email when sent. last order was sent right away. Will contact my credit card company to get refund. Don't order from this company. Now April 17 still no response but they are looking into it and may take one week to get back to me. They are still advertising the product for sale

GBShady The only way that this company will be held accountable is with a class-action suit, or being shut off by regulators. It's a shop out of China, making faulty products. Their QC would have easily noticed the defects.
