Instead of replacing it, they issused me a credit gift card, turns out the the the price of the battery pack has a massive increase, and also shipping cost of $90 is as much as the battery pack. Fought with their support team for months and got no where. Be sure to do a chargeback on them

Terrible firm Very bad service. Bought a battery pack which they recalled because of fire hazard. Received a $150 voucher to use on the website. Replacing battery pack costs $249 + $ 30 transport + $ 60 VAT and importtaxes. Don't ever buy a thing here.

scam unfortunately, most of us didn't see this site until we gave them our money. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't even got a tracking number. I'm counting it as a loss, but it's going to cost them more to screw me than to send me my order. I promise.

Not worth the money. Buy Lention. I find that their products are very mediocre, it seems like a lot of American companies these days just bulk buy products from AliExpress, rebrand them and resale them for triple the amount. My hyperdrive for the iPad Pro stopped working, I emailed customer service with my proof of purchase and an image that clearly shows the Blue LED light was not working. Tried multiple times, the person I spoke to asked me to send them their product back but I’d already Thrown away the defect product out of frustration (my fault obv). But all she gave in return was a measly “15%” off which is nothing. Do not waste your time and money on this company.

I originally purchased a HyperDrive SOLO 7-in-1 USB-C Hub which was horrible and did not work well, so I decided to return the item. I followed all their instructions (I did send back via USPS). After waiting almost 3 weeks on a return status, they then tell me the package they received was empty and I wouldn't get a refund, which was ridiculous. I truly believe they lied in order to not issue a refund. I will NEVER buy from here again.
