package didnt arrive, support doesn't communicate I have purchased their product on indiegogo, I am waiting more than year for delivery.. Package was probably lost somewhere, I have filed ticket,, ticket was escalated.. but no response, I am trying to call them on phone.. I am waiting almost hour.. no response.. Very bad experience.. I aam regretting my support for this brand..

scam unfortunately, most of us didn't see this site until we gave them our money. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't even got a tracking number. I'm counting it as a loss, but it's going to cost them more to screw me than to send me my order. I promise.

Non existent customer service. Faulty products Non existent customer service. Was sent a faulty battery pack which they later issued a recall for. All I was given was a measley gift card and no option for product replacement or repair. No one gets back to you and you just get ignored.

Don't order from this company Made purchase March 30. Said they got my order but no information after repeated requests. The phone number listed is always busy. Said would email when sent. last order was sent right away. Will contact my credit card company to get refund. Don't order from this company. Now April 17 still no response but they are looking into it and may take one week to get back to me. They are still advertising the product for sale

These guys ripped me off These guys ripped me off, ordered a battery pack that turned out to be faulty on a recall. Instead of replacing it, they issused me a credit gift card, turns out the the the price of the battery pack has a massive increase, and also shipping cost of $90 is as much as the battery pack. Fought with their support team for months and got no where. Be sure to do a chargeback on them
