Best USB-C Hubs for your MacBook! I've bought several products (USB-C hubs & battery packs) for my friends and family over their holiday sale, and everyone loves them! With our current work from home situation, these are a WFH essential. I bought the new DUO 7-in-2 hub for myself and it's super efficient. Unlike other hubs in the market, this one has a magnetic grip so there's a secure hold, and it comes with a USB-C cable so I can use it with my iPad if I’m not on my MacBook. The 4K 60Hz HDMI is crystal clear and the 100W USB-C PD works like a charm. 10/10 would recommend.

package didnt arrive, support doesn't communicate I have purchased their product on indiegogo, I am waiting more than year for delivery.. Package was probably lost somewhere, I have filed ticket,, ticket was escalated.. but no response, I am trying to call them on phone.. I am waiting almost hour.. no response.. Very bad experience.. I aam regretting my support for this brand..

Terrible customer support Terrible After Sales. They only write back as long as there are no real problems to solve. I was told I'd get a free cable with my charger, but it wasn't shipped. Afterwards I sent an email to follow up and there was no response. Two further emails were sent and it was clear that I was being ignored. They truly don't spend any efforts on customers who have already paid. I would suggest to go with a more established firm, like Anker, who aren't just looking for a quick buck and actually care about retaining customers. PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!

Cop-Out Excuses They haven't been great with helping me with problems, I always have to search for things myself. Worst of all they give cop-out excuses in September of 2023 that it "will take longer than usual, and up to a week for them to respond DUE TO COVID" .. At this point in the game, its obvious when companies use cop-out excuses. Do better hyperdrive!

These guys ripped me off These guys ripped me off, ordered a battery pack that turned out to be faulty on a recall. Instead of replacing it, they issused me a credit gift card, turns out the the the price of the battery pack has a massive increase, and also shipping cost of $90 is as much as the battery pack. Fought with their support team for months and got no where. Be sure to do a chargeback on them
