Terrible firm Very bad service. Bought a battery pack which they recalled because of fire hazard. Received a $150 voucher to use on the website. Replacing battery pack costs $249 + $ 30 transport + $ 60 VAT and importtaxes. Don't ever buy a thing here.

Do NOT purchase from here Hypershop Please do NOT buy anything from this shady company; I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. I originally purchased a HyperDrive SOLO 7-in-1 USB-C Hub which was horrible and did not work well, so I decided to return the item. I followed all their instructions (I did send back via USPS). After waiting almost 3 weeks on a return status, they then tell me the package they received was empty and I wouldn't get a refund, which was ridiculous. I truly believe they lied in order to not issue a refund. I will NEVER buy from here again.

Had problems with first version, maybe resolved now though UPDATED REVIEW: I was one of the first backers of this charger, and I think maybe either my one was dud or the early batches were no good. I bought it for travel, and due to lockdown barely used it. When I tried it this year, the USB-A ports werent working at all, and the USB-C would cut in and out. Also the unit got really hot when plugged in, and my laptop would behave strangely when being charged by it. Hyper - as seen in their response, after initially telling me to buy a unit, have sent me a new unit. The new one so far is working perfectly with all ports, and gets nowhere near as hot as the first version I got. So - the company pulled through in the end, and the charger itself, so far is very good.

Best USB-C Hubs for your MacBook! I've bought several products (USB-C hubs & battery packs) for my friends and family over their holiday sale, and everyone loves them! With our current work from home situation, these are a WFH essential. I bought the new DUO 7-in-2 hub for myself and it's super efficient. Unlike other hubs in the market, this one has a magnetic grip so there's a secure hold, and it comes with a USB-C cable so I can use it with my iPad if I’m not on my MacBook. The 4K 60Hz HDMI is crystal clear and the 100W USB-C PD works like a charm. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased two separate items Purchased two separate items. Neither HyperDrive GEN2 (with power and without power) would work with multiple displays for me. Kept having to unplug and plug back in cables. Changed monitors and cables to other working pc, so I know they were good. In the end, replaced HyperDrive with something else, and it worked flawlessly. Not worth the extra money in my humble view. And making you login to twitter or facebook to leave a review on the hypershop.com web site is a bit sketchy, what's up with that? Then making you create an account with YOTPO is even more sketchy.
