Terrible firm Very bad service. Bought a battery pack which they recalled because of fire hazard. Received a $150 voucher to use on the website. Replacing battery pack costs $249 + $ 30 transport + $ 60 VAT and importtaxes. Don't ever buy a thing here.

Best USB-C Hubs for your MacBook! I've bought several products (USB-C hubs & battery packs) for my friends and family over their holiday sale, and everyone loves them! With our current work from home situation, these are a WFH essential. I bought the new DUO 7-in-2 hub for myself and it's super efficient. Unlike other hubs in the market, this one has a magnetic grip so there's a secure hold, and it comes with a USB-C cable so I can use it with my iPad if I’m not on my MacBook. The 4K 60Hz HDMI is crystal clear and the 100W USB-C PD works like a charm. 10/10 would recommend.

A Month of Silence and Still Waiting I'm regretting my decision to place an order (SH140586) with Hyper. More than a month has gone by, and my order is still incomplete. No cable, no invoice, and worst of all, no communication despite my multiple attempts through their ticket system (#299349). This isn't just poor customer service; it feels like a complete rip-off. The utter lack of communication and resolution is absurd and unacceptable in today's digital age. I'm left with operational and financial delays, and no way to rectify the situation. If you're considering Hyper for your tech needs, think again. What looked like a straightforward purchase has turned into a cautionary tale of how quickly a company can cross the line into scam territory. It's sad how their products feel so high quality while the company itself has such low standard for everything else.

Had problems with first version, maybe resolved now though UPDATED REVIEW: I was one of the first backers of this charger, and I think maybe either my one was dud or the early batches were no good. I bought it for travel, and due to lockdown barely used it. When I tried it this year, the USB-A ports werent working at all, and the USB-C would cut in and out. Also the unit got really hot when plugged in, and my laptop would behave strangely when being charged by it. Hyper - as seen in their response, after initially telling me to buy a unit, have sent me a new unit. The new one so far is working perfectly with all ports, and gets nowhere near as hot as the first version I got. So - the company pulled through in the end, and the charger itself, so far is very good.

Cop-Out Excuses They haven't been great with helping me with problems, I always have to search for things myself. Worst of all they give cop-out excuses in September of 2023 that it "will take longer than usual, and up to a week for them to respond DUE TO COVID" .. At this point in the game, its obvious when companies use cop-out excuses. Do better hyperdrive!
