It's COVID with all that stuff ok, but they told me more than 4 months ago (something in June) that orders were being shipped. Still haven't received anything, support plays hide and seek and doesn't reply at all.

scam unfortunately, most of us didn't see this site until we gave them our money. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't even got a tracking number. I'm counting it as a loss, but it's going to cost them more to screw me than to send me my order. I promise.

With our current work from home situation, these are a WFH essential. I bought the new DUO 7-in-2 hub for myself and it's super efficient. Unlike other hubs in the market, this one has a magnetic grip so there's a secure hold, and it comes with a USB-C cable so I can use it with my iPad if I’m not on my MacBook. The 4K 60Hz HDMI is crystal clear and the 100W USB-C PD works like a charm. 10/10 would recommend.

Do NOT purchase from here Hypershop Please do NOT buy anything from this shady company; I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. I originally purchased a HyperDrive SOLO 7-in-1 USB-C Hub which was horrible and did not work well, so I decided to return the item. I followed all their instructions (I did send back via USPS). After waiting almost 3 weeks on a return status, they then tell me the package they received was empty and I wouldn't get a refund, which was ridiculous. I truly believe they lied in order to not issue a refund. I will NEVER buy from here again.

Terrible firm Very bad service. Bought a battery pack which they recalled because of fire hazard. Received a $150 voucher to use on the website. Replacing battery pack costs $249 + $ 30 transport + $ 60 VAT and importtaxes. Don't ever buy a thing here.
