Shady The only way that this company will be held accountable is with a class-action suit, or being shut off by regulators. It's a shop out of China, making faulty products. Their QC would have easily noticed the defects.

Purchased two separate items Purchased two separate items. Neither HyperDrive GEN2 (with power and without power) would work with multiple displays for me. Kept having to unplug and plug back in cables. Changed monitors and cables to other working pc, so I know they were good. In the end, replaced HyperDrive with something else, and it worked flawlessly. Not worth the extra money in my humble view. And making you login to twitter or facebook to leave a review on the hypershop.com web site is a bit sketchy, what's up with that? Then making you create an account with YOTPO is even more sketchy.

package didnt arrive, support doesn't communicate I have purchased their product on indiegogo, I am waiting more than year for delivery.. Package was probably lost somewhere, I have filed ticket,, ticket was escalated.. but no response, I am trying to call them on phone.. I am waiting almost hour.. no response.. Very bad experience.. Don't order from this company Made purchase March 30. Said they got my order but no information after repeated requests. The phone number listed is always busy. Said would email when sent. last order was sent right away. Will contact my credit card company to get refund. Don't order from this company. Now April 17 still no response but they are looking into it and may take one week to get back to me. They are still advertising the product for sale
