GBHad problems with first version, maybe resolved now though UPDATED REVIEW: I was one of the first backers of this charger, and I think maybe either my one was dud or the early batches were no good. I bought it for travel, and due to lockdown barely used it. When I tried it this year, the USB-A ports werent working at all, and the USB-C would cut in and out. Also the unit got really hot when plugged in, and my laptop would behave strangely when being charged by it. Hyper - as seen in their response, after initially telling me to buy a unit, have sent me a new unit. The new one so far is working perfectly with all ports, and gets nowhere near as hot as the first version I got. So - the company pulled through in the end, and the charger itself, so far is very good.

GBPurchased two separate items Purchased two separate items. Neither HyperDrive GEN2 (with power and without power) would work with multiple displays for me. Kept having to unplug and plug back in cables. Changed monitors and cables to other working pc, so I know they were good. In the end, replaced HyperDrive with something else, and it worked flawlessly. Not worth the extra money in my humble view. And making you login to twitter or facebook to leave a review on the hypershop.com web site is a bit sketchy, what's up with that? Then making you create an account with YOTPO is even more sketchy.

DEBacked one of their Kickstarter… Backed one of their Kickstarter campaigns in December. It's COVID with all that stuff ok, but they told me more than 4 months ago (something in June) that orders were being shipped. Still haven't received anything, support plays hide and seek and doesn't reply at all.

HKTerrible customer support Terrible After Sales. They only write back as long as there are no real problems to solve. I was told I'd get a free cable with my charger, but it wasn't shipped. Afterwards I sent an email to follow up and there was no response. Two further emails were sent and it was clear that I was being ignored. They truly don't spend any efforts on customers who have already paid. I would suggest to go with a more established firm, like Anker, who aren't just looking for a quick buck and actually care about retaining customers. PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!

AUThese guys ripped me off These guys ripped me off, ordered a battery pack that turned out to be faulty on a recall. Instead of replacing it, they issused me a credit gift card, turns out the the the price of the battery pack has a massive increase, and also shipping cost of $90 is as much as the battery pack. Fought with their support team for months and got no where. Be sure to do a chargeback on them
