USI purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS… I purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS monitoring as well back in December for my mother. Set up and tested. Called to let them know it wouldn't pick up her voice. They would turn up sensitivity and call back. Never happened. This cycle went on several times. My mother fell. The customer service is AWFUL. They will not refund my money for the unit which has never worked appropriately despite numerous phone calls to the company and NEVER any call backs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

USAfter a month long search I finally… After a month long search I finally narrowed my decision to trust Get Safe and I am SO glad I did! Their customer service is truly fantastic and their representatives must really enjoy their jobs! Within seconds of our alarm sounding, my phone rings. Luckily I have never had a real alarm happen. If you’re looking for a great alarm system stop searching!

Went through each step and took extra time to tell me about additional components I didn't know about. I signed up for two flood control devices, two windows shatter detectors and a couple of key fobs... NICE EXPERIENCE!

USAwesome Product! I love the sleek design and easy to install process. The rechargeable battery and AT&T 3G sim card provides peace of mind in case of power or internet outage. Extra hidden bonus is each of the devices have built in temperature sensors providing useful information for ones that have pets. I will be recommending this to all friends and family.
