Their customer service is truly fantastic and their representatives must really enjoy their jobs! Within seconds of our alarm sounding, my phone rings. Luckily I have never had a real alarm happen. Great home security solution As soon as I received the GetSafe kit in the mail, I was impressed with the super cool and thoughtful packaging. It's designed like a mini briefcase and immediately orients you about the kit as you open it. Gear setup was pretty easy and the GetSafe app that controls everything is really very good. I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants an affordable do-it-yourself solution with no contract requirements. Simple awesome!

Great first experience with GetSafe. I just purchased GetSafe. I worked with Courtney Evans on the phone when I first called and she was truly the greatest. She was so patient with me while I was dealing with multiple calls after my home was broken into last week. We were on the phone an hour. It was a stressful time, but Evans took her time explaining all the components of the system while also offering to check on me the next day. Whenever you buy any product, the first indication a company gives you about their service is with how their representatives handle the sale; Evans passed that with flying colors. Customer Service like no other. I placed my order today and with other reviews I have read I have no doubt this system will work the way its suppose to. I give my props to Ana (Customer Service Rep). Every question I had was dealt with a quick and informative response. She was very kind and professional. If others on her team serve customers like in my experience than I choose a great system and have no worries about them monitoring my home. :)
