GBReview of the sales process and my GREAT service rep We recently had a theft of valuable jewelry from our home so I went online to check out home security systems. I narrowed the field down to two that seemed to provide what we need: an easy-to-use system that can "work around" our three large dogs while giving us peace of mind and round the clock monitoring. While I was online comparing, Courtney popped up at the GetSafe site and offered a chat. She was friendly, helpful, professional and made the interaction enjoyable. No "sell," just working to understand our needs and and providing an explanation of the benefits of GetSafe. After speaking with her, I didn't bother to talk with the other wireless solution company. I called her a few days later and completed the transaction. I'll come back and review the equipment and service after we've had it for a while. But for now I am more than happy to recommend putting GetSafe on your short list if you're looking for a home security system. The customer service is excellent at the start!

GBCustomer Service like no other. I placed my order today and with other reviews I have read I have no doubt this system will work the way its suppose to. I give my props to Ana (Customer Service Rep). Every question I had was dealt with a quick and informative response. She was very kind and professional. If others on her team serve customers like in my experience than I choose a great system and have no worries about them monitoring my home. :)

GBGreat first experience with GetSafe. I just purchased GetSafe. I worked with Courtney Evans on the phone when I first called and she was truly the greatest. She was so patient with me while I was dealing with multiple calls after my home was broken into last week. We were on the phone an hour. It was a stressful time, but Evans took her time explaining all the components of the system while also offering to check on me the next day. Whenever you buy any product, the first indication a company gives you about their service is with how their representatives handle the sale; Evans passed that with flying colors. GBHome security made simple I was given the GetSafe system to review it on my blog, but leaving this feedback was completely optional and all opinions are my own. The system was easy to install and easy to use. The video tutorial and customer support were excellent every step of the way. I would have no hesitation referring this system to anyone.
