Their customer service is truly fantastic and their representatives must really enjoy their jobs! Within seconds of our alarm sounding, my phone rings. Luckily I have never had a real alarm happen. If you’re looking for a great alarm system stop searching!

Awesome Product! I love the sleek design and easy to install process. The rechargeable battery and AT&T 3G sim card provides peace of mind in case of power or internet outage. Extra hidden bonus is each of the devices have built in temperature sensors providing useful information for ones that have pets. I will be recommending this to all friends and family.

Easy to install & easy to use! I purchased the GetSafe system for our new (older) home. The products all look great - much nicer appearance than my previous SimpliSafe system. The installation was very easy and it was also easy to add additional products to the basic system (I added a couple of motion sensors and a smoke alarm). Overall, GetSafe was easier to install than my SimpliSafe system and the GetSafe app works great!

Home security made simple I was given the GetSafe system to review it on my blog, but leaving this feedback was completely optional and all opinions are my own. The system was easy to install and easy to use. The video tutorial and customer support were excellent every step of the way. I would have no hesitation referring this system to anyone.

Every question I had was dealt with a quick and informative response. She was very kind and professional.
