I give my props to Ana (Customer Service Rep). Every question I had was dealt with a quick and informative response. She was very kind and professional. If others on her team serve customers like in my experience than I choose a great system and have no worries about them monitoring my home. :)

GBAwesome Product! I love the sleek design and easy to install process. The rechargeable battery and AT&T 3G sim card provides peace of mind in case of power or internet outage. Extra hidden bonus is each of the devices have built in temperature sensors providing useful information for ones that have pets. I will be recommending this to all friends and family.

GBPerfect security system for my single family house My husband and I have a small 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house in the city and the Getsafe Starter Kit was the perfect fit. We also purchased an additional door sensor for the door entrance of our backyard. Everything took about 10mins to install. The app works well and also connected to our Nest Thermostat. Great overall experience.

GBI purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS… I purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS monitoring as well back in December for my mother. Set up and tested. Called to let them know it wouldn't pick up her voice. They would turn up sensitivity and call back. Never happened. This cycle went on several times. My mother fell. The customer service is AWFUL. They will not refund my money for the unit which has never worked appropriately despite numerous phone calls to the company and NEVER any call backs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
