Easy to install & easy to use! I purchased the GetSafe system for our new (older) home. The products all look great - much nicer appearance than my previous SimpliSafe system. The installation was very easy and it was also easy to add additional products to the basic system (I added a couple of motion sensors and a smoke alarm). Overall, GetSafe was easier to install than my SimpliSafe system and the GetSafe app works great!

No problems at all First time home buyer, first time dad, and first time security system owner. I have yet to have an issue with this company and system. I was not interested in contracts or renting equipment. This solved it for me. Also, our house is small and our neighborhood is quiet so a major security bundle wasn't needed. On top of that, our house has a really open floor plan so the motion detector covers the majority of the house. The starter kit was all I needed.

I purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS… I purchased the Get Safe unit with GPS monitoring as well back in December for my mother. Set up and tested. Called to let them know it wouldn't pick up her voice. They would turn up sensitivity and call back. Never happened. This cycle went on several times. My mother fell. The customer service is AWFUL. They will not refund my money for the unit which has never worked appropriately despite numerous phone calls to the company and NEVER any call backs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Perfect security system for my single family house My husband and I have a small 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house in the city and the Getsafe Starter Kit was the perfect fit. We also purchased an additional door sensor for the door entrance of our backyard. Everything took about 10mins to install. The app works well and also connected to our Nest Thermostat. Great overall experience.
