I just received this a few days ago, so it's brand new, and it has been dropping connection EVERY DAY, MULTIPLE times a day. Just this morning (it's not even noon yet) it has lost internet connection at least 3 times. I don't even bother with "customer service" anymore b/c they are lying trash. I will just be switching service. I am already switching to Google Fi for my wireless because of all the crap I've been through with this company. That experience will be posted in a different review for the wireless department.

New customer The agent provided good service. However, she needs to slow down when explaining certain things. At times she sounded rehersed as if she was reading off a paper. At times when I asked her a follow up questions, she sounded annoyed. She just needs to work on her tone a bit and not sounding rehersed. She also needs to slow down when explaining disclaimers etc. But overall she did a good job.
