GBVerizon Fios customer service …Two Thumbs Down Verizon Fios customer service (800-837-4966) is the WORST I have ever had to deal with. I am exhausted and upset after every call. WILL NOT be renewing my contract because of this.

GBI bought triple bundles from Verizon… I bought triple bundles from Verizon and paying $158 monthly and my friend is paying around $79 for same bundles. I called there customer service but no luck because I am existing customer and this offer is for new customers. Doesn’t make any sense.

GBWont use again Ridiculous pricing when the neighbor has better prices and then rope you in with a good price and not tell you that its only for a year when your contract is for 2 years, never mind the 40 dollar difference a month you'll pay the 2nd year then cant cancel because the price of cancelling is ridiculous also.

GBI Was told I would be receiving NHL … I Was told I would be receiving NHL with my package I paid extra for and I did not. I asked the sales person several times to verify I would have access to NHL because I had the same issue with Cox Cable. He assured me I did. When the installation was complete I discovered it was not included. To my frustration I had to call Verizon and wait on hold for one hour and 10 minutes before someone was able to take my call. I had to have the correct package added.
