Bad News Bad News: If you have to move to other service provider you don't get credit for partial service. They charge you for full month. If you call them for credit, they will remind you that you signed for it. They are cheater.

I bought triple bundles from Verizon… I bought triple bundles from Verizon and paying $158 monthly and my friend is paying around $79 for same bundles. I called there customer service but no luck because I am existing customer and this offer is for new customers. Doesn’t make any sense.

Compare with Comcast Relocating to new apartment which can now offer Fios service. Giving them a try to save some money over comcast. Looks like I will save over $110.00 a month locked in for 2 years.

New customer The agent provided good service. However, she needs to slow down when explaining certain things. At times she sounded rehersed as if she was reading off a paper. At times when I asked her a follow up questions, she sounded annoyed. She just needs to work on her tone a bit and not sounding rehersed. She also needs to slow down when explaining disclaimers etc. But overall she did a good job.
