GBJamie was Awesome Jamie was awesome and helped me through a confusing process to sign up for Verizon FIOS internet and television. She helped me figure out what I wanted and gave great advice on the right package which was too hard to figure out from the website. When the credit department was unable to help right away, she called me back as promised and made sure that I was signed up as discussed and a tech was scheduled when I wanted one. If there was a way to have everyone deal directly with Jamie on the Sales Team, she would be the go-to rep to deal with.

GBDo your homework Do your homework. Once I got with this bundle I counted down the days I would be able to leave. Customer Service sounds like they are reading from a script.

GBI Was told I would be receiving NHL … I Was told I would be receiving NHL with my package I paid extra for and I did not. I asked the sales person several times to verify I would have access to NHL because I had the same issue with Cox Cable. He assured me I did. When the installation was complete I discovered it was not included. To my frustration I had to call Verizon and wait on hold for one hour and 10 minutes before someone was able to take my call. I had to have the correct package added.

GBCompare with Comcast Relocating to new apartment which can now offer Fios service. Giving them a try to save some money over comcast. Looks like I will save over $110.00 a month locked in for 2 years.

GBHorrible Customer Service Horrible Customer Service I been with Verizon for 12 years now, back in January they raised me yet once again so I decided to just get WiFi service for streaming. After agreeing to 300/300mbps for 49.99 with auto pay, free equipment and a 200$ gift card for being a long time customer. I now just realized they been charging me for only 50/50 mbps, rental fees and no 200$ card. Also they informed me once I called them that they will not honor the 49.99 for autopay cause I’m using a credit card which wasn’t what was stated. The customer service reps are horrible, the supervisor was no better so now I just signed up with Optimum for the 300/300 for 40$ with autopay including the use of credit card should I want to use that option, free equipment and free month to start. Bye bye Verizon #problemSolved
