GBcould definitely use some improvement I gave 3 stars because the customer service rep was awful, they were having system problems and instead of her telling me she was just sitting on the phone not saying one word until I said maybe I should call back later and she said I can call you back in 30 minutes which she never did. I ended up calling back and speaking with a gentleman that was able to help me. Unfortunately there are not many choices for Cable in this area , if there were I probably wouldn't have called back after trying 3 times.

GBAwesome! My customer service rep, Miquel, or Q was nothing short of great. Coming from Comcast, I already expected better customer service, but Q was better than that. He was funny, responsive and very full of knowledge. He answered any question I had. Hope he gets a promotion or something!

GBBad News Bad News: If you have to move to other service provider you don't get credit for partial service. They charge you for full month. If you call them for credit, they will remind you that you signed for it. They are cheater.

GBNew customer The agent provided good service. However, she needs to slow down when explaining certain things. At times she sounded rehersed as if she was reading off a paper. At times when I asked her a follow up questions, she sounded annoyed. She just needs to work on her tone a bit and not sounding rehersed. She also needs to slow down when explaining disclaimers etc. But overall she did a good job.
