AUBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE, absolute l dodgy provider avoid at all costs. I bought a fold4 17 months ago still within warranty and it has a know fault with the hinge damaging the screen. It gets assessed where they try to tell me it's out of warranty which is incorrect all samsung phones have 24 month warranty, then proceed to not listen and close the case without any outcome. They don't care and won't solve issues, they have a bunch of incompetent people employed for them on their investigation centre

AUThey change the billing structure so… They change the billing structure so that all of a sudden - you pay two months bills in one week! I've been paying the same amount for many years retrospectively - so in other words I pay for what I've used after I've used it. Telstra then suddenly decide that they are going to make all customers pay in advance. So in one week - I've paid two months worth of bills. This is unconscionable in this current environment and cost of living stress.

AUAvoid Telstar Avoid Telstar: Fraudulent Billing, Poor Service Telstar's service is a nightmare of deceit and incompetence. Frequent disruptions, slow speeds, and unresponsive customer support plague their offerings. Cancelling is no escape—despite termination, they persistently bill. Steer clear to save yourself from their fraudulent practices and subpar service.

AUPoor service and no staff Here in Coffs Harbour cannot even have a look why my iPad SIM card is not working on my contract. Not enough staff, new contract system are the excuses. Optus, Vodafone etc are more than willing to help with enough staff Did I make a mistake to move over to Telstra?
