GBT-Sheets was a good program until… T-Sheets was a good program until purchased by Intuit. Have been using for years with 50+ employees and all worked fine until Intuit took over. Their support is terrible, they have no answers. We have no choice but to switch and may get away from QuickBooks/Intuit as well.

GBUse to be good before INTUIT now its AWFUL Was an amazing amazing company, sold to intuit and its gone downhill, customer service/reaching a person is poor. The new format and layout is awful. Our company phones run with an MDM locked down with no internet or access to the app store. Inuit is making employees sign up again with a link sent to their phone or their email, giving company owners less control, we no longer have access to setting this up for our employees on our company phones. We have decided we will be dropping Tsheets and no longer doing business with them

NZToo many errors Too many errors, staff gave up using it because it constantly crashes. Never EVER sign up to an annual plan, they will keep $1000 credit even though the product failed so badly we had to switch to another. They expect us to wait until they sort their issues out

GBGood mobile app bad website We chose this product specifically based on how well the app for mobile os operated. Our employees have found it easy to navigate and manage their time. Its unfortunate the web browser platform isnt as user friendly. We find the web platform difficult to navigate and poorly executed. Its almost as if it was developed in the 90's and never updated.

GBCancelled and Demanded Refund We did a free trial for our small business (less than 10) and it actually made our payroll process harder. TSheets doesn't properly sync with QuickBooks. After two months of troubleshooting...we cancelled and demanded a refund as the free 30 days expired without completing even one successful paycheck. Boo
