Going downhill, switch to competitor Used to be a good product but since they were acquired from Intuit they have went downhill. Now charge annual contracts with no refunds even if the software isn't a good fit and prices are rising. New log in process is problematic too. We've switched now to a UK competitor TimeKeeper and saved our monthly bill hundreds, and personally, I prefer this new product better.

Use to be good before INTUIT now its AWFUL Was an amazing amazing company, sold to intuit and its gone downhill, customer service/reaching a person is poor. The new format and layout is awful. Our company phones run with an MDM locked down with no internet or access to the app store. Inuit is making employees sign up again with a link sent to their phone or their email, giving company owners less control, we no longer have access to setting this up for our employees on our company phones. We have decided we will be dropping Tsheets and no longer doing business with them

Constantly logs you out Constantly logs you out, if you make a mistake (typo) logging in you have to wait 20 minutes to try again. Additionally, and ILLEGALLY they track you via your phone even when you are not at work (not a requirement for my employment), you can't even clock in unless you allow them to track your phone 24/7. I hate this app, and their arrogance in requiring me to remember a password just to clock in. I don't work for t-sheets but they sure seem to think I do. Evil tech company.

Tsheets and QBO payroll Time tracking for gov't contracts is useful. However, Tsheets does not truly/seamlessly link with QBO payroll as I have to reinput hourly billable payrates each payroll. I have to carefully export payroll summaries each time period into XLSx format, reformat total hours, cross check with QBO payroll. Overall, not a pleasent experience. Also, not clear how QBO chart of accounts fringe benefit_PTO category can truly link to TSHeets PTO function. We therefore don't use Tsheets PTO function.

Cancelled and Demanded Refund We did a free trial for our small business (less than 10) and it actually made our payroll process harder. TSheets doesn't properly sync with QuickBooks. After two months of troubleshooting...we cancelled and demanded a refund as the free 30 days expired without completing even one successful paycheck. Boo
