Their platform has a lot of technical… Their platform has a lot of technical bugs. This week alone, I have spent over 4 hours with support trying to diagnose why employees keep getting clocked out automatically. They have yet to figure it out. On top of that, phantom time off appears that cannot be edited or deleted from any screen. Support has no clue. They are atrocious.

Good mobile app bad website We chose this product specifically based on how well the app for mobile os operated. Our employees have found it easy to navigate and manage their time. Its unfortunate the web browser platform isnt as user friendly. We find the web platform difficult to navigate and poorly executed. Its almost as if it was developed in the 90's and never updated.

This used to be a 5* company until it… This used to be a 5* company until it was purchased by intuit....now there is no customer service, whereas I used to be able to "chat" quickly and easily with someone to work on any glitches. There is a required update currently that 9 of our employees cannot accomplish. Hours have been wasted and after 45 minutes on "hold" this morning I still was unable to speak with anyone. Looking for other options.....

Constantly logs you out Constantly logs you out, if you make a mistake (typo) logging in you have to wait 20 minutes to try again. Additionally, and ILLEGALLY they track you via your phone even when you are not at work (not a requirement for my employment), you can't even clock in unless you allow them to track your phone 24/7. I hate this app, and their arrogance in requiring me to remember a password just to clock in. I don't work for t-sheets but they sure seem to think I do. Evil tech company.

Struggled with this app for days, then gave up! Struggled with this app for days. The total lack of viable support is EXTREMELY painful. The support team was confrontational, rude, and absent of any helpful input. My company finally gave up and found another (simple/easy/free) option for time tracking. We're now MUCH happier! Avoid this app, unless you're in need of a "self-inflicted wound" !
