GBTsheets used to rock before they sold… Tsheets used to rock before they sold out to Intuit. Buggy and overly protective with constant validations. You would think their protecting the Dept of defense. Typical story of goliath thinking they know better than David...Totally turned off!

GBTheir platform has a lot of technical… Their platform has a lot of technical bugs. This week alone, I have spent over 4 hours with support trying to diagnose why employees keep getting clocked out automatically. They have yet to figure it out. On top of that, phantom time off appears that cannot be edited or deleted from any screen. Support has no clue. They are atrocious.

GBUse to be good before INTUIT now its AWFUL Was an amazing amazing company, sold to intuit and its gone downhill, customer service/reaching a person is poor. The new format and layout is awful. Our company phones run with an MDM locked down with no internet or access to the app store. Inuit is making employees sign up again with a link sent to their phone or their email, giving company owners less control, we no longer have access to setting this up for our employees on our company phones. We have decided we will be dropping Tsheets and no longer doing business with them

GBUsing TSheets started out well...gone down hill fast Using TSheets started out well but it's gone downhill fast. Our latest problem is that the the "invite" button does not work, so all of our newly-hired employees can't sign in to TSheets. We also have employees who were locked out of their accounts and can't get back in. We've had to go back to tracking job hours by hand, and automated job hour tracking was why we got TSheets in the first place. Customer service is usually nice but they usually can't help you either, and you'll be talking to them nearly every day if you use this program.

GBLeave it to Intuit to completely ruin a… Leave it to Intuit to completely ruin a great app. On top of all the login, security update and sync issues Admins no longer have the ability to assist their employees. And then you go to try and reach customer service...good lord. Intuit definitely took that over as well. I used to get great customer service from TSheets...no longer. Now it's all the standard crap that never seems to resolve an issue.
