This used to be a 5* company until it… This used to be a 5* company until it was purchased by intuit....now there is no customer service, whereas I used to be able to "chat" quickly and easily with someone to work on any glitches. There is a required update currently that 9 of our employees cannot accomplish. Hours have been wasted and after 45 minutes on "hold" this morning I still was unable to speak with anyone. Looking for other options.....

Terrible I have over 40 hours this month trying to fix all the issues with employees trying to login. All the updates for the app locks them out, or does not sync their time. We have techs all over the country and trying to walk them through the steps is horrible, expensive and not efficient for this company. Bottom line, TSheets is a terrible program since the Intuit buyout. Would not recommend to anyone.

Tsheets and QBO payroll Time tracking for gov't contracts is useful. However, Tsheets does not truly/seamlessly link with QBO payroll as I have to reinput hourly billable payrates each payroll. I have to carefully export payroll summaries each time period into XLSx format, reformat total hours, cross check with QBO payroll. Overall, not a pleasent experience. Also, not clear how QBO chart of accounts fringe benefit_PTO category can truly link to TSHeets PTO function. We therefore don't use Tsheets PTO function.

Their platform has a lot of technical… Their platform has a lot of technical bugs. This week alone, I have spent over 4 hours with support trying to diagnose why employees keep getting clocked out automatically. They have yet to figure it out. On top of that, phantom time off appears that cannot be edited or deleted from any screen. Support has no clue. They are atrocious.

Tsheets used to rock before they sold… Tsheets used to rock before they sold out to Intuit. Buggy and overly protective with constant validations. You would think their protecting the Dept of defense. Typical story of goliath thinking they know better than David...Totally turned off!
