TRCustomer service not helpful I bought the program and installed it on my computer. After a while, I deleted it because it gave an error and I wanted to reinstall it. I could not reach the installation files in any way and I reported this situation to the authorities. They did not help in any way and told me to use it through the site. Is it that hard to get the setup file? Customer service is pretty bad.

GBauto renew SCAM Horrible- white smoke does not correct grammar as it claims. Auto renew scam- there is no way for the customer to opt out of auto renew. You must contact customer service and then they ask for feedback instead of cancelling as requested. I used both White smoke and Grammerly to compare software and honestly Grammarly is A FAR superior software. Grammerly catches mistakes while Whitesmoke creates mistakes!

AUI have never seen such a worst customer… I have never seen such a worst customer service. The software has 30-40% accuracy, far lower than I thought. I have been requesting a refund from day 1 and even after 10 days no answer from customer service. Please don't make mistake buying this tool. Check other available tools, might be a little expensive but worth the result and service.

BRPoor Customer Support Poor Customer Support I am a long term subscriber to WhiteSmoke and prefer their program over Pro Writer Aid or Grammarly programs. However, there is one very annoying fault. They do not reply to support emails requests. I had to reinstall after updating my computer to Windows 11, I tried to reinstall White Smoke and when I tried to enter my Registration code which has almost 10 months to run, was rejected. Many emails to them and phone calls, all unanswered. I don't even know whether they read these customers experience.

GBI have used your product for at least 6… Urgent Request for technical Support. have used your product for at least 6 years. I renewed in March downloaded the update and ran install. I keep getting an error message (R6034). I have called for support over 5 times and Sent at least 5 contact messages since March but NOT ONE RESPONSE. After I read the reviews I understand why The better Business Bureau has WhiteSmoke rated an "F", (its lowest score>
