I’m being told as per the license agreement the account was closed. I was never provided with an agreement and this company is a SCAM. They have removed the lifetime plan users and requesting the to pay additional to continue using their product. Please stay away from dealing with WhiteSmoke..

Customer service not helpful I bought the program and installed it on my computer. After a while, I deleted it because it gave an error and I wanted to reinstall it. I could not reach the installation files in any way and I reported this situation to the authorities. They did not help in any way and told me to use it through the site. Is it that hard to get the setup file? Customer service is pretty bad.

Two years they have auto-renewed wont refund, wont stop Two years they have auto-renewed, they don't respond to emails. They won't cancel. They used to be good but now it doesn't catch grammar like it used to, a lot of formatting issues with word once it corrects puts all my words together without spaces. Crap product, fraudulent business.

When I checked my bank they had taken £553.30 from my account. In the US, that's about $776. I have received nothing! Sorry, but this can only be described as gross Fraud.
