Support doesn't respond with a new activation code or any support at all, they don't provide a phone number either. GBThe life time membership is a scam The life time membership is a scam. They shut me down like clock work every year and I had to fight and get it turned back on. Then finally they shut me off and refused to support my membership altogether. The expensive lifetime membership is a fraud. This company would be a good candidate for a class action lawsuit!!

GBI cannot recommend this product I had problems installing this software before my screen went completely black and I couldn’t use my laptop at all. I unplugged everything and tackled the issue the next day by rebooting my laptop. When I asked Whitesmoke for a refund because there is no way I would go through that problem again, my request was refused as I’d had the software for more than 7 days. From my experience, I say stay away from Whitesmoke. I’ve used Grammarly for years without any problems.

GBI would give a 0 star if I had the… I would give a 0 star if I had the option. This company is a rip-off. Trying to cancel my auto subscription, and I am unable to talk to anyone. I have left several messages and send numerous emails, but still no response. I am contacting my CC company and dispute the charge. Unprofessional behavior from The Whitesmoke!!

GBShady business that got ‘F’ rating from BBB. I am concerned about the business practices of this software company. 1. There is nobody to take or return the calls. The customer service is almost zero, 2. They want the credit card so that they can continue to bill the card in future. The drop down window at the purchase column has yearly charge included as a condition.
