The life time membership is a scam The life time membership is a scam. They shut me down like clock work every year and I had to fight and get it turned back on. Then finally they shut me off and refused to support my membership altogether. The expensive lifetime membership is a fraud. This company would be a good candidate for a class action lawsuit!!

I have never seen such a worst customer… I have never seen such a worst customer service. The software has 30-40% accuracy, far lower than I thought. I have been requesting a refund from day 1 and even after 10 days no answer from customer service. Please don't make mistake buying this tool. Check other available tools, might be a little expensive but worth the result and service.

Customer service not helpful I bought the program and installed it on my computer. After a while, I deleted it because it gave an error and I wanted to reinstall it. I could not reach the installation files in any way and I reported this situation to the authorities. They did not help in any way and told me to use it through the site. Is it that hard to get the setup file? Customer service is pretty bad.

Do not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company! Once you purchase the software you can not get in touch with anyone for support. I have not been able to get access to this application since I purchased it last month and have made 9 attempts to contact them. No one answers the 800 sales number or responds to messages. When you open a support ticket, it goes unanswered and unresolved. They only send you an automated response saying they will close your dispute because they have not heard back from you. I've just opened a case with Paypal to try and get my money back - hopefully, it will get resolved this way.
