Help with a transfer I just opened an account with iTRUSTCAPITAL and had a few issues with some of my info being incorrect . I very much appreciated Julian's help with walking me through and editing the transfer forms to complete a transfer. Also had Ashley in an earlier conversation answer a few questions I was unclear about. So far, I give the support personnel at iTrustCapital very high rating. I appreciate talking to a human being as opposed to some AI bot.

Great Hospitality CSR, Danielle, was very kind and forthcoming with the next steps to fund my new account. I was pleasantly surprised that I even received a call. Typically these days, you create an account and do your business without even knowing if anyone is paying attention. It made me feel valued as a client that they took the time to check in.

Excellent Provider for a Gold, Silver, and Crypto IRA I was so excited to finally find a Crypto, Gold, and Silver IRA. The company has constantly improved on their offerings and the website is easy to navigate. Today I am transferring a Roth IRA from another company (a great brokerage but it does not give me access into an IRA except for stock investing) to iTrustCapital.This has been a very easy process and I was charged a reasonable fee to do that. I did need to contact customer service because I uploaded the wrong page of my transfer form. The customer service person that took my call, Pooya Ferasati, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Pooya helped me with a new upload link for a signature page needed to process the transfer. Voila’ it was done! Wonderful!

Customer service was great! Chad Poulos was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and easy to work with when setting up my new retirement account. He answered all my questions and furthered his customer service with providing his own line if I had any more issues or concerns with the account. Thanks Chad!
