Kudos to Courteous Service I was pleased to be served by Jonathan this afternoon. He was courteous and knowledgeable to guide me through the iTrust platform as I am a novice, I especially appreciated his patience. I feel confident to seek help should I need further assistance.

Great Hospitality CSR, Danielle, was very kind and forthcoming with the next steps to fund my new account. I was pleasantly surprised that I even received a call. Typically these days, you create an account and do your business without even knowing if anyone is paying attention. It made me feel valued as a client that they took the time to check in.

Customer service was great! Chad Poulos was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and easy to work with when setting up my new retirement account. He answered all my questions and furthered his customer service with providing his own line if I had any more issues or concerns with the account. Thanks Chad!
