GBOverwhelmed with converting IRAs over I was overwhelmed with switching my traditional IRA to a Roth IRA within my iTrustCapital account. MXHelp with a transfer I just opened an account with iTRUSTCAPITAL and had a few issues with some of my info being incorrect . I very much appreciated Julian's help with walking me through and editing the transfer forms to complete a transfer. Also had Ashley in an earlier conversation answer a few questions I was unclear about. So far, I give the support personnel at iTrustCapital very high rating. I appreciate talking to a human being as opposed to some AI bot.

GBRelationship manager Jonathan Kim was… Relationship manager Jonathan Kim was very helpful with my 2023 Roth contribution that I made on April 14th.On the 16th I found out it didn't go through because of the way I transferred the funds. When I tried to fix it, their system would only let me contribute for 2024. I live in a county that had a flood disaster. The IRS granted us an extension of several months for our taxes and IRS contributions. After verifying the extension with the IRS, Jonathan was able to get my contribution year changed to 2023.
