MXHelp with a transfer I just opened an account with iTRUSTCAPITAL and had a few issues with some of my info being incorrect . I very much appreciated Julian's help with walking me through and editing the transfer forms to complete a transfer. Also had Ashley in an earlier conversation answer a few questions I was unclear about. So far, I give the support personnel at iTrustCapital very high rating. I appreciate talking to a human being as opposed to some AI bot.

GBOverwhelmed with converting IRAs over I was overwhelmed with switching my traditional IRA to a Roth IRA within my iTrustCapital account. Jonathan was super easy to get in contact with and resolved my issue quickly. I have never experienced being able to directly call or text with an agent of such a large company and it made all the difference to have a direct line of contact. 100% happy with my experience with iTrustCapital!!!
