When I tried to fix it, their system would only let me contribute for 2024. I live in a county that had a flood disaster. The IRS granted us an extension of several months for our taxes and IRS contributions. After verifying the extension with the IRS, Jonathan was able to get my contribution year changed to 2023.

GBI had been trying to get my account setup I had been trying to get my account setup for over 3 weeks using email correspondence. I finally took to X and posted my issues. Sure enough within a few short hours Jared fixed my issue with the account and I so am grateful to have this resolved so quickly. On top of that, Johnathan then proceeded to give me the same white glove service every customer deserves! Now my account is sorted out and funded! I highly recommend this fantastic team.
