GBRelationship manager Jonathan Kim was… Relationship manager Jonathan Kim was very helpful with my 2023 Roth contribution that I made on April 14th.On the 16th I found out it didn't go through because of the way I transferred the funds. When I tried to fix it, their system would only let me contribute for 2024. I live in a county that had a flood disaster. The IRS granted us an extension of several months for our taxes and IRS contributions. After verifying the extension with the IRS, Jonathan was able to get my contribution year changed to 2023.

GBDanielli helped me through the next… Danielli helped me through the next step setting up an account for my wife. My first experience setting up my own was call after call and mail after mail. I think part of it is poor instruction, and part user inexperience. Whatever the case, this round seems to be progressing better than last. I would say there is still a lot of room for improvement in the onboarding process.
