GBDanielli helped me through the next… Danielli helped me through the next step setting up an account for my wife. My first experience setting up my own was call after call and mail after mail. I think part of it is poor instruction, and part user inexperience. Whatever the case, this round seems to be progressing better than last. I would say there is still a lot of room for improvement in the onboarding process.

GBOverwhelmed with converting IRAs over I was overwhelmed with switching my traditional IRA to a Roth IRA within my iTrustCapital account. Jonathan was super easy to get in contact with and resolved my issue quickly. GBGreetig was very polite and Jonathan… Greetig was very polite and Jonathan was very helpful with my rollover from my 401K. He was knowledgeable and efficient in solving my problem.
