ESVery disappointed Very disappointed. I recommended this hosting to 2 of my clients. Both IPs are blacklisted and the emails go to the spam folder. I have been contacting support for a month now and the problem is not resolved. I'm already thinking about changing hosting.

GBProfessional Dylan Dylan was very polite and professional. He took the time and exercised patience while trying to find out why I couldn't login to the Nexcess website. I did not have my account number and he had to search for my information. Once he found my information the call went very well. He sent me the link to set up a new password, and I am good now.

GBA Nexcess Customer since 2013 I have been a Nexcess Customer since 2013 and their technical support is the reason why. They are always so helpful. My site got contaminated by Malware, and Dylan walked me through some possible fixes. I am curious why there isn't some Malware on the server like Immunify 360 and why we have to have Malware on our own word press sites. None the less Dylan was an ace.
