CAGo with ProServices, We moved from go-daddy to Nexcess servers about 18 months ago. We operate 2 websites with Nexcess. Recently, we subscribed to Pro Services. We worked with Prabhat for the most part and it was a positive experience. Unlike our experiences in the passed, Pro Services takes the time to understand the requests we submit. Turnaround is typically 24 or less. Layout and designs are professional with some direction. The interface we as clients are provided with to make change requests is user friendly and pretty outstanding. Pricing is very reasonable.

GBOur switch to Nexcess WooCommerce Hosting Our switch to Nexcess WooCommerce hosting began in January 2024 after our first ever eCommerce ASV scan for PCI DSS 4.0 failed and our old host would not make changes to their server. FYI, all eCommerce stores that allow customers to pay with a credit card (even via PayPal iframe) must now have quarterly ASV scans to comply with the new (3/31/2024) requirements. After evaluating all of the PCI DSS Compliant Hosting Providers the only logical choice for us was Nexcess. In talking with a representative we were assured that Nexcess would work with us until our site passed the Payment Card Industry ASV scan. Nexcess did an amazing job getting us to pass the ASV scan. It wasn't until I went through this process that the complexities of this process were apparent. James was especially helpful and walked me through some steps that I had to perform. Nexcess performed the migration of our site at no cost and the migration went very smooth. We had a few hiccups initially with our email and this is when I found out how wonderful and easy it is to get support! Creating tickets is a breeze. Need to talk to someone? The phone number is right there. I had one technician who was not helpful at all so I just called back and talked to a different friendly very helpful support agent. We're 100% satisfied with our switch to Nexcess WooCommerce Hosting.

ESVery disappointed Very disappointed. I recommended this hosting to 2 of my clients. Both IPs are blacklisted and the emails go to the spam folder. I have been contacting support for a month now and the problem is not resolved. I'm already thinking about changing hosting.
