Dear Sir/Madam, Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Şahin Yalçın, and I reside in London. On February 4, 2024, I rented a vehicle from DMR based in Istanbul. I am contacting you regarding the 450 pounds deposit that I paid during the rental process, which has not been refunded to me yet. It has been over 3 months since the rental period ended, and I have not received any response regarding the refund of my deposit despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. No concrete solution has been provided in this matter. I urgently request that this issue be rectified promptly, and my deposit be refunded without further delay. Otherwise, I will be compelled to seek assistance from consumer rights authorities to pursue my rights. I kindly ask for your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
