GBA company without a bottom line I just put a promotional link on youtube and did not do any fraud. Tello closed my account and I couldn't log in to the backend, renew, or transfer my number. Because tello thinks that the customers I recommend only buy the $5 plan, which is too cheap and they are low-value customers. This is a very ridiculous reason. Although the account was finally restored after I complained, all my tello dollars were emptied. The rules they set themselves were completely destroyed at will.

GBWonderful customer service and telephone service Eric was very kind, knowledge and patientđź’ťI am NOT tech savvy and trying to do the transaction on my phone with a broken wrist on my dominant hand. I've always been pleased with all communications I've had with your "help" people as well as with the TELLO phone svc. I don't know what your pay scale is but Eric definitely deserves a raise for the help he gave me. Thank you so much,!

GBMy account is very easy to monitor via… My account is very easy to monitor via the app. The dashboard list every option any user could want. In activities I can monitor my daily use. I recently made a trip going through three states. I had good signal the entire way.

GBTello has great plans that are very… Tello has great plans that are very competitive. They sent me a sim card that worked as instructed and the best part is that you talk to a live agent for support if needed, Also, calling them to ask questions is responsive and in the customers best interest. Can't find that anywhere these days.

GBPleased, However? Pleased, However? Very pleased with phone service, texting, with the very little surfing I do. But every time I'm forced to abandon internet service and reconnect with Tello hotspot, there's issues and basically hotspot seems worthless. It works when I test it, (most times) but when I really need it, it doesn't work. Looks like I will have to abandon Tello. I noticed a Tello rep will make a nice comment to a positive review but no response to negative reviews. Does Tello only care about the happy customers?
