During the transaction she presented herself as a well-informed and knowledgeable person with the best people skills I could possibly hope for. Her ability to communicate effectively in an intelligent manner was most appreciated. My phone is now working and I am happy to say that I am a 5 star Tello customer.

They sent me a sim card that worked as instructed and the best part is that you talk to a live agent for support if needed, Also, calling them to ask questions is responsive and in the customers best interest. Can't find that anywhere these days.
