Absolutely fantastic Absolutely fantastic. Had issues wanting to consider different plans. Called CS. Fast pickup. Spoke to Dana Nia. She handled all my questions and assisted with implementing my requests. Could not ask for more. Professional and knowledgeable. Been using Tello for several months before making these plan changes and it's been a reliable and satisfying experience. Good company to do business with.

A company without a bottom line I just put a promotional link on youtube and did not do any fraud. Tello closed my account and I couldn't log in to the backend, renew, or transfer my number. Because tello thinks that the customers I recommend only buy the $5 plan, which is too cheap and they are low-value customers. This is a very ridiculous reason. Although the account was finally restored after I complained, all my tello dollars were emptied. The rules they set themselves were completely destroyed at will.

Tello - Reasonable, Competent Carrier Tello has incredibly customizable and reasonable plans according to your usage. This is great for seniors and those on limited incomes. Their website interface is user friendly - one of the best. Broadband coverage is slightly better than I had. Customer service and support is fast with personable agents who are willing to answer any question. I highly recommend this company.
