They sent me a sim card that worked as instructed and the best part is that you talk to a live agent for support if needed, Also, calling them to ask questions is responsive and in the customers best interest. Can't find that anywhere these days.

Tello - Reasonable, Competent Carrier Tello has incredibly customizable and reasonable plans according to your usage. This is great for seniors and those on limited incomes. Their website interface is user friendly - one of the best. Broadband coverage is slightly better than I had. Customer service and support is fast with personable agents who are willing to answer any question. I highly recommend this company.
