Great and affordable Been using Tello phone service for my older two kids for at least a year or two now and love it, very affordable, love that you can pick the service you need and will use. Never had a issue so far

My TELLO phone! My TELLO is a simple old=fashioned flip=phone, no bells or whistles, just a phone. Coverage is amazing, it works from practically everywhere and I'm not paying for services I don't want on my phone!

Pleased, However? Pleased, However? Very pleased with phone service, texting, with the very little surfing I do. But every time I'm forced to abandon internet service and reconnect with Tello hotspot, there's issues and basically hotspot seems worthless. It works when I test it, (most times) but when I really need it, it doesn't work. Looks like I will have to abandon Tello. I noticed a Tello rep will make a nice comment to a positive review but no response to negative reviews. Does Tello only care about the happy customers?

Awesome Service Department Awesome Service Department, always quick response! Phone and data service it almost perfect. In almost three years only had a service failure once and it was associated with a hurricane. Oh, and a great value too!! Thanks Tello
