GBGreat Prices, Spotty Coverage Price wise Tello is a great company, we switched from Verizon simply due to this fact. We got 3 lines for the price we were paying Verizon for 1. However, Verizon has better coverage in our area. Tello's is spotty in certain areas where Verizon's is stronger. So, for price they are great, for coverage, less so.

GBGreat plans, prices, service Great plan prices - gives you exactly what you want/need and no more. We rolled our 30-yr old landline number over to an older phone just to keep the number and to screen out all the spam calls at home. They got it switched in 24 hours, which is pretty amazing.

GBWonderful customer service and telephone service Eric was very kind, knowledge and patient💝I am NOT tech savvy and trying to do the transaction on my phone with a broken wrist on my dominant hand. I've always been pleased with all communications I've had with your "help" people as well as with the TELLO phone svc. GBAbsolutely fantastic Absolutely fantastic. Had issues wanting to consider different plans. Called CS. Fast pickup. Spoke to Dana Nia. She handled all my questions and assisted with implementing my requests. Could not ask for more. Professional and knowledgeable. Been using Tello for several months before making these plan changes and it's been a reliable and satisfying experience. Good company to do business with.
