USNo Customer Service response - Three weeks I have called them twice about an issue to add my wife. The customer rep keeps saying they have a backlog and somebody will call me back in 24-48 hours. No one called me back and there is no way to talk to a manager. I even emailed their customer service who has not responded back to me in 7 business days. Their website still points to Sontiq. This is such a terrible setup.

If we had a concern or needed some help, we would call and always received assistance from someone who would explain everything we needed to solve our dilemma. We always find them helpful and easy to understand. Had another company before BUT am much happier with Identify Force.
