GBI haven't been with IF very long yet, but I haven't been with IF very long yet, but I'm really liking it so far. Love that I can see all my credit reports and lock/unlock easily as needed. Also love that IF isnt constantly shoving new credit card offers down your throat.

GBknowledgeable and willing to help Luna is very knowledgeable and willing to help. She took care of the issue I was having in a professional and timely fashion. I was ready to cancel my identity force plan due to the prior agent’s insistence that she would need to escalate my issue to a group that would call me back sometime in the future. After speaking with Luna, I kept my subscription in place.

I hope this company realizes what they have in this woman. Good customer service is a RARE commodity today.

GBNo Customer Service response - Three weeks I have called them twice about an issue to add my wife. The customer rep keeps saying they have a backlog and somebody will call me back in 24-48 hours. No one called me back and there is no way to talk to a manager. I even emailed their customer service who has not responded back to me in 7 business days. Their website still points to Sontiq. This is such a terrible setup.
