No Customer Service response - Three weeks I have called them twice about an issue to add my wife. The customer rep keeps saying they have a backlog and somebody will call me back in 24-48 hours. No one called me back and there is no way to talk to a manager. I even emailed their customer service who has not responded back to me in 7 business days. Their website still points to Sontiq. This is such a terrible setup.
