CharterUP proved to be an exceptional… CharterUP proved to be an exceptional choice for our charter needs. We had a business trip with 35 passengers and our coach bus was equipped with amenities like ac and working outlets. The bus was punctual and the driver was very accommodating to all our needs during the trip.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews… I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I have to say that my entire involvement with this company has been nothing but superb. They are deserving of all 5 stars. I'm a huge fan of them and don't have any apprehensions with using for future events

CharterUP’s reservation agents provided… CharterUP’s reservation agents provided us with an exceptional customer service at the time of booking a charter bus for our event. The comfort and amenities provided by our charter bus were beyond our expectations, contributing to a highly enjoyable trip.

I accepted one of their offers for a… I accepted one of their offers for a trip I had planned and within 24 hrs. they sent me a cancellation notice with the next closest rate at 1.7X our agreed to rate!! They explained that the cancellation was due to their third party charter provider and did not even attempt to honor the rate that I had contracted with them. They did refund my deposit, so I'll give them credit for that, but it was very clear that they and/or their charter provider were never going to honor the quoted rate. Steer clear of this outfit!
