Not as easy to use as I expected Not as easy to use as I expected. I was hoping my clients could use easily on mobile devices but it is designed more for desktops with cameras. Support staff is great but logistics of operating were not where I had hoped.

Talk to REAL people I was very pleased to be speaking with a real person who returned emails and phone calls. The training was clear and the amount of additional training materials was very much appreciated.

Wonderful remote online notarization platform! Signix offers wonderful training for the remote notarization platform that I am using. My trainer, Gina, was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. You are permitted to do as many demos as necessary before going live, and the product is overall quite affordable for businesses large and small. I also like that SIGNiX offers their own electronic certificate within the platform, which is one less thing I need to get on my own. Also their customer support is quick and efficient, and they fixed an issue that I had right away. I have not gone live yet since the authorization for New York State is taking forever, but I feel totally supported by SIGNiX and look forward to using the service.

Its my first time getting this… Its my first time getting this credential and dont have anything else to compare to, but I can honestly say the team has been very patient, informative and readily available to answer questions as well as provide updated details/instructions.
