GBSignix had videos to help understand… Signix had videos to help understand the process. But the frosting on the cake was Gina. She was informative, helpful and all around professional. I felt that if I have questions later she would go out of her way to help me. Great personality and a good face for your company.

GBGreat customer service Waverly is very responsive and did the state set up and the notary training for me quickly since I need to notarize right away. I few minor changes would be nice, like being able to delete any suspended transactions, and to delete my own templates.
