VNFastest customer support I have ever used My surfshark account was locked because of my subjective mistake of entering the wrong login information too many times in the 2FA step. I contacted Surfshark support and was assisted very quickly. It only took me a total of 2 minutes from the moment I started pressing the "Chat with us" button until my account was successfully restored. AUGreat support I had decided to purchase the Surfsahr One+ subscription as the Incogni feature sounded great. Unfortunately this feature is not available in my country so I had requested a refund. I spoke via live chat with Tommy who was a massive help, they helped me with issuing a refund, advised the time frames that it would take for the money to come back to me and they also provided me with a link to get the subscription I wanted at an even lower price that what was there currently. The service provided by Tommy was amazing and I cant thank them enough for how kind and quick they were with helping me

DEIPV6 Protokoll I had a problem and a Mr. Marcus Rodriguez helped me out. I installed Surfshark on a second computer. On this computer I access via remote and manage Samba sharing. My network worked without VPN. As soon as I activated VPN Surfshake, it stopped working. With Marcus Rodriguez we were able to find out that it was the ipv6 protocol and I had to disable it. Since then, everything has worked as usual. Thank you very much!

GBJohn's bulbous brain saved the day! Had problems with my dedicated VPN - kept getting CAPTCHA on several sites! Started a web chat and got through to John Duncan... he got me to check my connection which came back saying I was connected to random IP addresses in random locations across all my devices (even though I was supposedly connected to my dedicated VPN on all of them). John admitted he was baffled as he had never seen this before! But he persevered and managed to resolve the issue rather quickly! Great knowledge and easy to talk everything through with 👌🏻 End results: My issue = solved John's brain = even bigger than before 10/10 to John and his big ol' brain (the one in his cranium, not his pants)

GBI will rate this company 100% CON GAME. They get ZERO's for every single ignored contact! I will rate this company 100% CON GAME. I bet I wrote to them 50 times without a human response. I was INTENTIONALLY ROBBED and CHEATED REPEATEDLY out of over a YEAR of PREPAID VPN SERVICE! They refused to let me use it without an updated new credit card number (can not provide) ID issue. I HATE SURFSHARK and BELIEVE THEY ARE A CON! Find a better company!
