USsite access denied on VPN Excellent service! I could not access a cloud based accounting website. I worked through the chat options which did not resolve the issue and was then connected to rep Gavin Gibbs who was fantastic. He took the time to work through several options until the issue was resolved. He told me to reach out anytime as they are there to help 24/7. It was really nice to feel the company genuinely appreciates their customers! Superb!

GBSlowed everything down - dramatically I install Surfshark, suddenly my entire system slows down - Internet, all apps etc.etc. I suspect its Surfshark so turn it off. Things improve but not dramatically. I then remove the entire app and everything returns to normal. During this process I check their help - far to confusing a process to try and check out or sort out the problem. Written for techies probably by techies. Terrible experience.

GBJohn's bulbous brain saved the day! Had problems with my dedicated VPN - kept getting CAPTCHA on several sites! Started a web chat and got through to John Duncan... he got me to check my connection which came back saying I was connected to random IP addresses in random locations across all my devices (even though I was supposedly connected to my dedicated VPN on all of them). John admitted he was baffled as he had never seen this before! But he persevered and managed to resolve the issue rather quickly! Great knowledge and easy to talk everything through with ππ» End results: My issue = solved John's brain = even bigger than before 10/10 to John and his big ol' brain (the one in his cranium, not his pants)
