Fastest customer support I have ever used My surfshark account was locked because of my subjective mistake of entering the wrong login information too many times in the 2FA step. I contacted Surfshark support and was assisted very quickly. It only took me a total of 2 minutes from the moment I started pressing the "Chat with us" button until my account was successfully restored. SCAM!! Purchased a subscription with 7 day free trial through Apple Store and charged me for the full amount (£44.99) straight away! Cancelled my subscription straight away and contacted customer service who ACKNOWLEDGED that an error had been made but won’t refund me because apparently Apple handles refunds. They have a bloody 30-day refund policy but they wouldn’t refund me! Had no luck with Apple either. Absolutely DISGUSTING. £44.99 down the drain. Avoid buying their service if you want don’t want to get robbed.

Speedtest looks great with minimal latency impact, much of which is expected from any VPN.
