I was INTENTIONALLY ROBBED and CHEATED REPEATEDLY out of over a YEAR of PREPAID VPN SERVICE! They refused to let me use it without an updated new credit card number (can not provide) ID issue. I HATE SURFSHARK and BELIEVE THEY ARE A CON! Find a better company!

SCAM!! Purchased a subscription with 7 day free trial through Apple Store and charged me for the full amount (£44.99) straight away! Cancelled my subscription straight away and contacted customer service who ACKNOWLEDGED that an error had been made but won’t refund me because apparently Apple handles refunds. They have a bloody 30-day refund policy but they wouldn’t refund me! Had no luck with Apple either. Absolutely DISGUSTING. £44.99 down the drain. Avoid buying their service if you want don’t want to get robbed.
