Slowed everything down - dramatically I install Surfshark, suddenly my entire system slows down - Internet, all apps etc.etc. I suspect its Surfshark so turn it off. Things improve but not dramatically. I then remove the entire app and everything returns to normal. During this process I check their help - far to confusing a process to try and check out or sort out the problem. Written for techies probably by techies. Terrible experience.

I contacted Surfshark support and was assisted very quickly. It only took me a total of 2 minutes from the moment I started pressing the "Chat with us" button until my account was successfully restored. Marcus Rodriguez helped me with a smaller issue, and answered all my more or less stupid questions!! :) He was brilliant! but.... the chat should be connected to my account since i'm logged in - i lost the chat when i accidentally refreshed the browser. Now I will evaluate all the functionality/services with my SurfShark ONE subscription!

Great customer service My account had auto-renewed although I had sent an email to question the price. I sent it to the wrong email address however, which was picked up by Winston. After a very smooth shift change the next customer service agent Elara was very understanding, and extended my subscription, which was very much appreciated. This is great customer service, and will most probably keep me a customer for longer! Thanks!
